Every morning, four times the same situation: very big breakfast room, totally crowded, mainly Chinese and very, very view Western guests; atmosphere like in a canteen - difficulties in finding a suitable table, either occupied or many tables full of used plates, cups,… - a lot of wasted food on the plates left; not nice to look at! - very loud so that conversation is difficult - but breakfast buffet is excellent offering a huge variety of tasty Asian food; expensive when not booked in advance - at 8:30 chairs at the pool were occupied by towels, books, etc.; so no chance to lie down - but pools are nice with view to the sea - room is big with view to the sea, but can only fully be enjoyed from the rooms in the centre of the hotel - no chairs and small table on the balcony (superior room), so no chance to sit there; ridiculous with that view to the sea! - furniture in the room is very old and a bit run down and not suitable to a 4*-hotel - bathroom not to standard, but always hot water and clean - good internet - beach opposite the hotel is not very nice and not inviting for swimming - area and shops near the hotel are not interesting but you can easily take the Bath taxi to areas near-by - welcome drink in the Sky Bar, 38th floor; nice atmosphere in the evening - staff at the reception desk was not as friendly as the last three times I stayed there - overpriced unless you can get a special offer - this stay was not as pleasant as my stays before.
"Vary good view hotel "
Rooms are clean and has sea view, free wifi in the rooms, breAkfast is good but not many choices, polite staff, it has 2 pools both of them are good, its about 20 mins to go to city center by tuktuk ....
2 nights at the property and I am very pleased with the stay. Excellent room and staff from beginning to end. Special thanks to Chaiwat and Geoff for everything.Got very good reception at check in and was upgraded to jacuzzi suite which was really nice. Nice pool area also at the hotel and good breakfest buffet in themorning. Also good location just by the beach in Jomtien.
"Location and staff"
If you don't want to stay among red-zone of Pattaya, Jomtien beach is a good choice. The hotel near beach, just cross the road in front of hotel. Front officer, Khun Wa is helpful, friendly and good co-operate. Breakfast is acceptable, quite good taste and variety of food (in this roomrate price) If you stay in Executive room, you can choose to have breakfast at 5th floor, private outlet for guests who stay this room type or first floor but 5th floor has less kind of food. The photos I loaded are view from room 29th floor, good view and feel relax. Anyway, once thanks K. Wa for your kindness, appreciate!
"A bit off the beaten track but worth a visit"
May be not the best location in Jomtien quite a way down the beach from the main area. But what great views down the beach from the higher floors and at a budget price. We were meeting friends in Jomtien so picked this hotel before our final stay in the small fishing village of Bangsaray.Bangsaray Villa was our final stay a 2 bed villa in a Great location not too far from the beach and a restfall spot away from the main Pattaya city. we only had one night but it is worth a visit if you want Jomtien as your location, the beach near by is OK ,but we prefer the less touristy area of Bangsary just 25 mns away going towards Sattahip. The hotel has a nice Viewing area and bar on the high floor so great views from this locaton,This Hotel has undergone a new facelift which is a nice change from the old tired look Of Furama, 'Good Job'
