"Another great choice from the Hilton family in Bogota"
The Doubletree Calle 100 is a great Doubletree. The facilities are in great condition. Rooms are also very comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better staff. Everyone here on my few stays have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. The GM is doing a great job here. The prices are reasonable. Food in the restaurant was always tasty when I stayed in for dinner. I'd stay here more often, but the location doesn't work for me. So I stay here when I plan to stay in house and work. Great hotel all in all. I will give a couple issues. HVAC is not my favorite as some people have said. At times I was uncomfortably warm. Which is fine for some. My ex would love it! Also as a Diamond member I like many am spoiled by lounges and happy hours. This hotel lacks a lounge unlike its sister property. Nonetheless they provide us with a happy hour at the bar. I find this generous and on par with other properties here in Bogota. I can only suggest that local beer and a couple wines be upgraded. Looking at the bar I'm assuming there Is not a lot of people taking advantage of the happy hour. I would suggest maybe a comped appetizer and maybe we'll booze. I'm happy with what's offered and just making a suggestion.
"Excellent treatment while doing business."
Very nice place, clean and elegant. The treatment provided from check in thru check out makes you feel important and well treated. No need to change what works. I use it for work purposes but will use for my family as well.... it is that good.
"Top Notch Hotel"
Spent a week in Bogota on business and had the pleasure of staying in DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff was efficient and pleasant and service was excellent. The suite I stayed in was large and clean and the amenities were sufficient. You get a complementary cookie when booking in (which is yummy, plus you can get more if you ask). If you're staying at this hotel I highly recommend having dinner at Mei Kai (at Cosmos 100 which is connected to Double Tree), the food is delicious.
Like many Doubletree Hotels outside the US, this a very nice, clean, efficient hotel with a great staff. As a diamond member, my room was upgraded and was extremely large with lots of room, unlike many hotel rooms. It was extremely clean. The staff greeted me upon arrival and continued to check in to be sure I did not need anything else. The breakfast buffet was full of items to eat and most of the staff spoke English very well. When visitiing Bogota, I highly recommend this property.
"Majestic service in a HOT room"
Trying to start by the good things, this hotel has the characteristic excellent service offered by the Hilton brand. The breakfast were a typical buffet, just enough to call it complete and with some surprises like french toasts. I can not continue without explain that in your arrival you will encounter yourself in a weird predicament, it is a two hotels complex, and the Doubletree is in the 2th floor of the Cosmo Hotel (not Hilton). This has benefits, because the Mei Kei restaurant is one of the best Japanese restaurant of the city. You have access to the 8th floor pool of the Cosmo. Both crews serve you as one only hotel and that is heartwarming. Not all is that good. The room is very standard, boring, nothing will surprise you, as a beautiful bathroom or a nice painting in the plain flat walls. None of that. A bad allocated tv set will make you sleep with your neck twisted. The worst' NO AIR CONDITIONER. Just a circulation system stucked in 20ºC and impossible to adjust, no matter how many time they diligently try to cheat you. It is incredible that outside the room you could have 12ºC and inside your room a sweaty 20ºC. Very sad that you must to open the windows have a decent sleep.
