"Fantastic location, great service"
The hotel is very conveniently located 2 mins walk from Oxford Street and Marble Arch station. We were close to food and shopping. The hotel service was fantastic. We arrived around 9am and our rooms were already ready. We were greated with delicious cookies. Throughout the stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative is the stairs to and from the rooms. It was difficult with a stroller.

This is a very good 4 star hotel. Staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms are a good size and very clean. Classic Hilton type hotel where you know what you are going to get. It was a little pricey but given the location i.e. 30 second walk to Oxford street, it was worth it. Centrally located near oxford street and Hyde park. Tube was 2 minute walk. Edgware road is a 4 minute walk. Happily would stay here again. No hassle or stress. Very good hotel.

"Central - close to Marble Arch, Oxford Street and Hyde Park"
I have stayed at numerous hotels in London over the years, and so far is this my favourite. Located in the shopping centre of London, just 30 seconds north of Oxford Street, it is a perfect place to start exploring the town. In the basement you'll find an ok gym, and the breakfast/restaurant. In the morning the breakfast is served here. In the evening it is a decent Indian restaurant. The fact that it's in the basement means that's there no windows to observe what's going on outside. The reception area is light and as you find in most of this hotel chain. Three desks and very helpful Resepsjonists. If all the concierges at the hotel has the same knowledge as ours, you'll never be let down. He was most helpful. Our room in the third floor had plenty of room for two persons. A large king size bed, coffee table and desk. Though no view from the window. At arrival there was a bottle of water to each person in the room. Water boilers are in the rooms, with instant coffee, tea and chocolate. Safe and ironing board is found in the closet. Back in the reception area is the bar, with tv . Here do they also serve English afternoon tea. During the morning there might be some waiting for the only elevator. All in all a nice hotel.
"Excellent hotel, staff and location"
We were in this hotel for 1 week on October 2016 with our 2 sons, we choose the hotel for its location but it was more than that We booked 1 deluxe king and 1 deluxe twin and asked the rooms to be one next the other on high floor, when arrived they upgrated the deluxe twin to 2 deluxe king rooms and they were one next the other at the same floor. Upon check in we all receive chocolate chip cookies which is a nice thing to have on arrival. The rooms were large with very nice shower The first night I felt a little bit cold and did not manage the air condition do the next morning when I called the reception they send the consingire to check the air condition, he dealed with it and also brought a small blow heater so if we feel the air condition is not enough we will have another option. We had breakfast every morning and there were a variety of choices from eggs to pancakes, all kind of coffee, yogurt pastries vegetables and fruits, cereals etc.. We really enjoyed it and above all the nice staff at the breakfast with their smile and help really made us very satisfied. The hotel is located 1 block from Oxford street and marble arch tube, and it made it easy to travel all over the town and also be at the center but in a quiet street so we slept very well. There is a construction site near the hotel but they started the work after 8 o'clock and not in weekend so although one of the rooms window is located to this sight it was not interrupt for us especially when at 8 o'clock we already started to organize to our daily trip. The check in and check out were quick and efficient and the reception staff were very nice. The consingire was also helpful when needed. We really recommend this hotel and we do see ourselves returning to this hotel in our next vacation in London
