Très bon hôtel pour profiter du parc Disney. Personnel de salle agréable mais peu ou pas qualifié pour un établissement de ce standing (service à table long et pas organise).Comment of R. Thomas , France the 2015-11-10

"Good hotel great position and good value"
Like others have already posted booked this hotel with some trepidation but absolutely unfounded. I stayed 5 nights with my daughter and cannot fault what is provided. We had booked a double queen room so had lots of space and were on the 4th floor at the back and had wonderful views every morning of the sunrise. Room 4073 is perfect. Very clean, absolutely spotless room. I notice some reports have commented about dirtiness of some public areas but to be honest the staff cannot follow people around who don't believe in putting their own rubbish in a bin. Shuttle service is good, never had to wait very long and always got on. Breakfast quality was not great, but it depended on what you had and to be honest I wasn't staying here for the breakfast. There were enough people eating our allocated portions every day so I wasn't worried about wastage. The sheer greed of people put me off eating anyway, so breakfast for us was always a quick drink and pastry. Without doubt one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in and I stay in a lot for business and leisure. Even with the window open every night (the room was incredibly warm) did not hear a sound until Saturday night when it would appear a great number of irresponsible parents arrived and helpfully kept their children up really late, well after midnight, and thought it great fun for them to run around the corridors and outside. The staff were all very helpful, responsive and most of all friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
"Perfect family hotel & friendly staff"
Just returned from Disneyland Paris for 3 days and stayed at this hotel with my 2 young kids. Very quick check-in and the gentleman Salvatore at reception was extremely friendly and helpful! We did have our names in common and he very kindly gave us a room with a view. Staff were very courteous and polite. The shuttle bus every 15mins takes you to and from DLP, free and convenient. This hotel is fab, lovely games in lobby and ball-pit if you have toddlers, which my kids still wanted to play in (after a long day at DLP!), medieval deco theme throughout. Th children especially loved the bunk beds and my double bed was the most comfiest! Spacious rooms and La'Occiatane products in bathroom add a lovely touch. We looked forward to the buffet breakfast every morning, nice sausages, freshly baked croissants, baguettes and drinks. Fill yourself up before you leave for DLP!! Definitely would stay again, pleasant stay and next time will want to make use of the spa and pool as it looked lovely but we didn't get enough time. Very happy!
"Fantastic hotel - perfect for us! "
Arrived at this hotel with trepidation after reading a few bad reviews. However was pleasantly surprised - majestic layout as you walk in - we had no queue at check in and were given our room key by a very pleasant Maria on the front desk. The hotel was clean and smelled lovely in reception. Headed to our room which was big for just the two of us (myself and 13yr old son) - it had bunk beds and a queen size bed. Room very clean and toiletries (shampoo hand wash and shower gel) supplied in bathroom with good thick towels. Wifi worked well and was free - vital for child in tow! Room was quite warm for February but I popped air con on to cool it down. Fridge provided and also tea and coffee items which was brill as we didn't make breakfast either day - ate in the parks instead. Pool looked lovely although again we didn't use it and restaurant also looked nice when we walked through but again we chose to eat in Disney Village after park closing in order to avoid any congestion on the shuttle buses. Hotel has a Disney shop on site for buying souvenirs. Also several vending machines dotted about which is helpful when you have a hungry teenager. Average price for a drink in these was €3 which some people have grumbled about but you are in a hotel and the prices are always more. Spoke to reception regarding the magical shuttle I had arranged for return to airport and found the staff friendly reassuring and most helpful- they are a credit to the place. Cases can be held in luggage room on your final day whilst you go to parks which was great as I didn't fancy dragging them with us. Have stayed at Disney Santa Fe hotel previously and can honestly say that this hotel is a much higher standard and offers much more. We will definitely be returning next year!!
"Disneyland Birthday Break"
we have just arrived back from a 5 day 4 night stay in Disneyland Paris celebrating my wife`s 50th birthday. This was a family holiday with grandchildren. On arrival, we were checked in promptly and then were directed to our rooms. We had booked 3 rooms, 1 standard room and 2 Family rooms. Room 1 - Standard room The room was a spacious double. The room was clean & tidy, however the decoration was a little tired. It needs an uplift/update. Room 2 - Family room The room had a double bed and a set of bunk beds. Clean & tidy again however the décor is in need of an update as previously mentioned. Room 3 - Family room as above for the family room. We had a few difficulties with our key cards, as after each day returning from the park our room key cards would not work, so we had to go to reception and have them renewed. Pool The pool was smaller than the images perceive. The water temperature was a little bit on the chilly side. (A few more degrees warmer is what is needed). The changing area is a little small and only has 30 or so lockers.............All free of charge and easy to use. However my grandchildren enjoyed the pool with the slide. Food The breakfast which was included in our booking is something that I can recommend. There was plenty of choice, cereals pastries, ham, cheese, yoghurts, fresh fruit, bread & French sticks and an English fry up. (not English bacon). 30euros for an evening meal in the restaurant (Buffet style). A little expensive. There are no food outlets near the hotel so you`re restricted as to eateries. Transport The shuttle bus (No 54) to DLP is every 15mins and takes approx 10 / 15mins. Good service. Staff I cannot fault the staff, 100% helpful, polite and friendly. All of them. I would like to recommend this hotel as a choice if you are planning a visit to Disneyland Paris.
"Good a few niggles"
I liked this hotel, good shuttle bus, tea & coffee in room. However the pool was far too small for the amount of guests never been in such a busy pool, you simply cannot swim as it's really just a baby pool. The buffet at night was cold by the time we got it, do not good. I think I would stay at a hotel with a bigger pool in future but otherwise great!
