EB Hotel is conveniently located at a 5 minute drive from Miami International Airport, and at a short distance from South Beach and other local destinations.
After 10 days in Cuba, living in private homes, often without enough hot water, electricity that went out, and trickle showers ... it was a huge treat to stay at the hotel. The sleep number beds were wonderful, the rainshower bath was incredibly welcome, and the room itself was perfect in every way. Extremely professional staff always courteous and super friendly... loved my stay .. best accommodations I've had in a long while...would definitely stay again well worth the money . The rooms are very modern and elegant and the bathroom had a very unique decor .. absolutely loved it!!
Very clean & modern décor. The lobby & rooms are very welcoming! We have to point out the eagerness of the staff to satisfy their guests. We asked for a microwave & two refrigerators, before we knew it, it was in our room at no extra charge, amazing!!
I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars. The beautiful room, luxurious and amazing for the price. But when we checked in, due to a mess with the airline, we were told that our room included the breakfast buffet. I think we paid $240 for the room and arrived at about 11:30pm, so it's not like we spent any time messing up their room either. We slept well and went downstairs to get something quick to eat and blast off to the airport to catch our flight to the Keys. We walked into the dining area, selected a table and the hostess said, "What's your name and room number'" We told her and her next comment was amazing. "You're not on my list." There was one other person in the room. Did she really think that was good customer service' So we said, "Okay," and began to walk out when she might have figured out that her comment was not appreciated. "We can charge you for the meal," she quickly retorted. I said, "I kinda knew that. But you offered it to us last night as part of our room rate. I guess you all forgot." We walked out. So here's my suggestion. If they offer you something extra, get it in writing! The place was empty too...they should have treated us better. What would an orange have cost them' Now they got themselves a less than great review!

Had a great experience when visiting EB for a mini Valentine's weekend getaway. The staff was phenomenal and the room was impeccable. Great attitude from the front desk staff with any questions or concerns I had.
Friendly staff made this a great stop. Upgraded on registration. Best shower ever. Convenient shuttle. Comfortable bed. The Pollo Tropical next door made for a good and inexpensive supper. It's all good. Will surely return while flying through Miami.
