EB Hotel is conveniently located at a 5 minute drive from Miami International Airport, and at a short distance from South Beach and other local destinations.
After 10 days in Cuba, living in private homes, often without enough hot water, electricity that went out, and trickle showers ... it was a huge treat to stay at the hotel. The sleep number beds were wonderful, the rainshower bath was incredibly welcome, and the room itself was perfect in every way. The customer service was top notch, and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.Comment of C. Clyde , United States the 2016-04-08

"A hotel for giants!"
I should have spent my whole vacation here! I probably could have spent my whole vacation in the truly wondrous bathroom. My friends and I never intended to stay here, but our flights home were delayed due to weather. So, at the last minute we needed to find lodging, and with early morning departures, we decided to look near the airport. We knew this place was highly recommended, but we had no idea how incredible it would be! Maybe it's just my fascination with water, but I loved the lobby with its expanses of couches near the color-changing water "fountain." The hallways are so wide, so long, and the ceilings to high that a giant could really stay here. These dimension carry over into the rooms. We stayed in a deluxe room with two double beds. I've never been in a private bathroom so large. TWO rain shower heads'! Okay! Very nice tile work everywhere, well-polished chrome fixtures abound, generous complimentary hygiene products offered, and delicate lighting made this is the bathroom of my dreams. Technology...there aren't door hangers for Do Not Disturb. Instead you get a sweet, little button by the room door which activates a colored light on your room number in the hallway. Neat. And there's a master switch for all the lights near one of the beds, so you don't have to go around hitting all the switches before bed. Very neat. AND if you wake in the middle of the night to use the restroom or something, motion-sensor lights under the nightstand and built-in dressers turn on so you can see. I'm hooked! The staff and shuttle driver were very friendly when I asked about taking a shuttle to the airport in the morning. The place was immaculate. Honestly, I never imagined myself wishing to stay longer at an airport hotel, but there I was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
"The intersection of Convenience and Luxury"
This hotel sets the standard for travelers. The staff were friendly and attentive, the beds were comfortable and luxurious, and the bathrooms are over-the-top. When you're traveling through Miami (or even if you want to stay for a while) and need a great hotel with unexpected luxury and convenience, this is the one. The shuttle service to/from MIA is quick and reliable. We'll be back and will look for other EB properties in the future! Special thanks to Angel, Christian, Mohammed, and Nestor for going above and beyond to make our stay great!
"Highly highly recommended"
We love this hotel. We stayed overnight 3 times at EB hotel since October 2016 traveling from the Caribbean to the west coast. It is beautiful, vey helpful staff, and we were upgraded to a business suite when available. We spent Christmas Eve 2016 with our college age children who were quite impressed as well. We enjoy the international feel of the staff and clients. The airport shuttle is very convenient and professional. We ate both in the bar and had room service. The food is good. I would recommend menus in the room but you can get one from the bar.
"Best darn shuttle service to and from the airport"
Very comfortable hotel with an open and interesting lobby, Large rooms, and excellent consierge service. Had an early morning flight (4:30 pickup) and the staff was waiting. 10 minutes to Miami International Airport.
"Lovely hotel marred by mediocre service"
The EB is unusually lovely for a hotel near an airport. Huge rooms with king beds and a sitting area and desk area, pleasant décor, wide hallways, a good gym and pretty pool. However, the service is not great. I waited 45 minutes for a shuttle from the airport (which is supposed to run every 30 minutes). When I arrived at reception, the two people behind the desk were helping one person and didn’t seem to care that I was waiting. When I went for dinner, the bartender came to tell me there would be a wait of he wasn’t sure how long – even though at least 1/3 of the restaurant was empty. For some reason, they seat people in a waiting area before showing them a table. Strange, because the entire time I was eating, there were many empty tables. My server was very nice. They only had a few wines by the glass and when I ordered the Kimi Crawford sauvignon Blanc the waiter came back to tell me it was not available. The white I did have tasted like it was from a bottle opened a day or two previously. The food was tasty but the portions were tiny. I am not a big eater but the tempura shrimp I had as a starter (nicely flavored, crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside) and kale quinoa salad (again, nicely composed) didn’t not come close to filling me up. Management really needs to pay more attention to service.
