Founded in 1890, the beautiful 4 star Eden Wolff Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Munich. This plush accommodation has 214 rooms and suits which are elegantly designed, with a hint of classic Bavaria.
Munich has something for everybody. For those who enjoy the theatre and the opera, Munich is a renowned destination for culture and arts. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes, boutique shops, and sports destinations too.
The Eden Wolff Hotel enjoys a central location within Munich, opposite the central station which means exploring the city couldn’t be easier. The Karlplatz and Stachus are within walking distance from the hotel, and from there you have access to the most important sights of historical Munich.
Great hotel and location. No noise could be heard from train station.Comment of G. Michael G, Germany the 2016-04-04
My husband and I spent a week here in March and had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is very convenient to the old city, museums, shopping and is right across the street from the main train station. We took day trips so this helped a lot plus the airport shuttle picks up and drops off here as well. Super convenient. We felt perfectly safe at this location. The hotel itself was comfortable and provided all the amenities we needed. Ensuite bathroom/shower. Daily maid service. TV with channels in multiple languages. I highly recommend this hotel.
"Good hotel and great value"
My family and I stayed here in March '17 on a multi city European trip. Among the hotels we stayed at in Paris and Strasbourg, this was the best value and comparable to the 5 star boutique hotel we stayed at in Strasbourg. The front desk were were super friendly and very helpful in getting us into a Munich brew hall that they frequent rather than some tourist trap. The room was spacious, comfortable and attractive, but a bit warm. Thankfully we were able to open a window (something we couldn't do in Paris). I don't have a huge sample set of hotels in Munich to compare to, but I won't even bother looking for s different hotel in my next trip to Munich. This hotel was right across from the train station yet was not at all noisy. The bathroom wasn't cramped and the hotel restaurant was of stand alone restaurant quality. I usually avoid breakfast buffets that aren't gratis, finding them uninspiring, but this breakfast buffet was great with a variety of sausages, pretzels and other good finds to complicate the the usual fare. I'd rank this as a 5 in the 4 star hotel category. Highly recommended.
"Great location, updated, modern with a good breakfast"
Directly next to the main train station, the trams and the underground. Less than a 10 minute walk to old town/Marienplatz. I stayed one night on the second floor in a room not facing the Main Street. My room was comfortable, clean, modern and well appointed, as well as quiet, although in the morning I could hear opening and closing of doors and general noise as people woke. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. The breakfast was also quite nice. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again.
"Great Hotel with a Great Location"
Extremely friendly staff from the moment we walked in the door! They offer parking for 21 euros per day. For us it was worth it to know we had a parking spot each day as parking can be tough. The hotel is located right across the street from the Hauptbahnhopf (that might be spelled incorrectly) which is the central public transportation center for every means of public transport! Easy to hop on any train, bus, subway to go sightseeing and when you come back and are tired it is a short walk to the front door! The breakfast is WONDERFUL! There is a huge selection for breakfast. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good. We were very happy with our stay!
"Location and Friendliness"
Well I have travelled to Munich many times but chose this hotel purely for its location since this trip I was travelling alone . I was very glad to be so close to the train station as well as streetcar . I also liked that it was within walking distance to Augustiener Keller and Circus Krone ! My favorite shopping areas ( Stachus, Marien Platz, Vituelan Markt) where also within walking distance . I always felt safe even alone at night. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . I left behind shoes which were found and shipped back to me even though it was well over a week before I realized my mistake.
