"Nice room, beautiful view, and great service"
I had the pleasure of staying at the Eden Roc in Miami Beach for a 4 day work conference. This beachfront hotel is well laid out and nicely decorated. The food was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the room was uniquely laid out, with the bed facing the beautiful ocean view. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return some day for fun rather than work.
"The perfect family Vacation !"
Excellent experience. By far one of the best Vacation destinations. A special thank you to employee Ian McNabb for making our experience so special. Mr. McNabb recommended many fabulous restaurants for our family and made sure every comfort was provided in our beautiful rooms. The recently improved swimming area was lovely. And the Spa is pure luxury. Dinning at Nobu is a must.
"Highly recommended "
Fantastic hotel. Or though we only stayed for the 2 nights. The rooms were fantastic. The pools were great and cannot fault the pool side staff. The beach also was very nice. Towels were available for the pool and beach, you just had to check in at the pool or beach hut and give your room number. Starbucks on site so we just had that for breakfast. Lunch we had around the pool, pool side service. Not huge amount going on at night, we had a snack in the bar one evening but they closed at 8pm, very strange but may have been because it was quiet in the outside bar. Not much to do in the evening outside of the hotel either. South Beach / Lincoln Road was an hour walk, but I'm sure would have been cheap enough in a taxi. Would stay here again.
"Awesome and Elegant, Eden Roc"
We stayed at Eden Roc for 3 nights mid November. Upon check in are room was ready we got the king ocean view on 16th floor. They brought an iron crib to our room with crib sheet so no need to bring pack n play. The view was spectacular but scary if you're afraid of heights. The room was totally open concept with a big window opening from the bathroom to the ocean view. The hotel is beautiful and smells good . Beautiful artwork throughout . It's actually two hotels in one building Nobu on the left and Eden Roc to the right from the entrance. I like that there's a Starbucks in the Lobby. Also there's a bar in the Lobby. Why I gave 4/5 stars actually 4.5/5 stars is because of the prices. I'm not complaining because it's expected in Miami Beach. So get ready for really expensive meals. Nobu cost an arm and a leg but it was one of the best sushi / sashimi I had in my life. There's a resort fee $20 something dollers per day you get 2 waters , 2 beach lounge chairs and towels per day. However we had to pay for the umbrellas. There's a beach pool side restaurant that we had lunch at and it was ok . But overall we had a great time and will return again.
We had our High School reunion at the Eden Roc and it was amazing. At the concierge David Algarin went far and beyond to make us feel like a super star. All the staff was super helpful and warm. Not my first time at Eden Roc and we will keep coming back.
