Perfectly located in the center of the Las Vegas strip, the contemporary Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel, provides easy access to all that Vegas has to offer. Shop till you drop with over 170 shops and restaurants in the adjoining Miracle Mile. Just across the street, find the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and City Center to experience the best of Las Vegas. The hotel is also conveniently located to the I-15 freeway and only four miles from McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas Executive Air Terminal and Signature Flight Support.
We stayed in corner 2 bedroom suite. Great hotel close to everything. Absolutely recommend this hotel and one of the best we stay during our west coast tour.Comment of E. David , Australia the 2016-04-25
Did not partake in meals so cannot comment on that aspect. Greatly appreciated good sound insulation and excellent blinds that blocked out light completely and allowed for a good night's sleep. Check out was 10am, which seemed a bit early. Staff would not negotiate on a late check out, which we have never experienced before.Comment of S. Mariko , United States the 2016-03-22
"Convenient and Luxury"
Because it's location, I say it's awesome of its price. The lobby links to the Vegas indoor walkway. Since they gave us the view to the parking lot, I was not too thrill. Still there are so much to be done in Las Vegas, go out and don't stay in the room. Also don't just gamble away your time at the casino floor. The swimming pool was awesome. I say one of the top notch to feel the luxury. Concierge was useless. The lady was not excited to provide us any accommodation. She was too busy looking over her cell phone to chat. So the service is poor. At Las Vegas, you definitely need good concierge, especially if it is called the Hilton Grand Vacation.
"Beautiful views, excellent center location"
Our room was absolutely wonderful. Soaking tub so relaxing. Excellent views of the city and mountains. Staff helpful and professional. Security a plus. On site parking or free parking around back on Audrie Street. Lobby flows into Planet Hollywood. Shopping mall attached as well. Starbucks downstairs on site.
We had a corner suite in the Elara for a family of 5 which was absolutely amazing. Really could not have asked for better. Full well equipped kitchen, ice maker,washer/dryer. 2 Double bedrooms with huge Ensuites,, amazing huge showers in both, one of the bathrooms had a massive bath with jets which the kids adored, tvs in all rooms including bathroom.Floor to ceiling windows in all rooms which had electric shutters. Staff very helpful and we will def book here should we come back to Vegas.
"Love This Place!"
As a Hilton Grand Vacations Club owner, this location is hard to beat. There are five or six choices for members with the Elara being the best for both quality and location. The resort works as a hotel, as well. Anyone interested in a great place to stay, should consider this place, too. Things to remember about the Elara: 1) There is no casino in the lobby. For us, that is a huge plus. The Elara is very close to the Planet Hollywood casino, though. In fact, it may be a shorter walk to the PH casino than to a casino from your room at a mega-resort; 2) The check-in line seems to be much shorter than at other hotels; 3) You are across the street from City Center and its' wonderful restaurants and shopping; 4) You are a short walk from Top Golf - a very fun driving range where the balls are tracked and different games can be played through the ability to track the balls. There is also a full kitchen and bar with servers who take excellent care of you while you are playing; 5) You are at the midpoint between Flamingo and Tropicana Blvds. This means a short walk to every casino on the Strip. You are very close to Bellagio, Paris, Bally's, Caesar's, Flamingo, MGM, NY NY, and the T-Mobile Arena! It is nearly the perfect location; 6) There is a Starbucks in the lobby and the hotel is attached to the Miracle Mile shopping mall, full of shops and restaurants; 7) Many of the 1BR and larger suites have full kitchens, dining areas and 8-ft video screens. Even the studios have mini-kitchens with a small fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Most of the units have washer/dryers, as well. The rooms are being remodeled from the wild, edgy style they had from the original owners of the property to a more modern, elegant style. There are units from Studios to the massive 4BR suite. With over forty stories, many of the rooms have very impressive views, especially at night. If you want to celebrate a special occasion, or just want to impress someone, this is the place to do it! As for amenities, the room service is quick and delicious. The pool is shallow and big enough to wander around in. There is a pool bar with servers to your chair and there is a full bar menu when you get hungry. The gym is small and has both free weights and machines. I have yet to try the free parking. The reason is the fact that it is the same parking as for the mall. I just figure it would be too dificult to find parking close to the entrance for the resort and have opted for the valet parking at $15/day. Overall, this is a great base for your Vegas vacation.
The sleek beautiful Elara is likely one my top 5 hotels I have stayed at in my life. The warmth and welcome of the data projector and space of the rooms are second to none. The ambiance is right and its close to the night life. I give the walk-ability a 98. Each room has their own kitchen and dining area as well. I will stay here again one day soon.
