We stayed in corner 2 bedroom suite. Great hotel close to everything. Absolutely recommend this hotel and one of the best we stay during our west coast tour.Comment of E. David , Australia the 2016-04-25
Did not partake in meals so cannot comment on that aspect. Greatly appreciated good sound insulation and excellent blinds that blocked out light completely and allowed for a good night's sleep. Check out was 10am, which seemed a bit early. Staff would not negotiate on a late check out, which we have never experienced before.Comment of S. Mariko , United States the 2016-03-22
"Not the Hilton's Greatest in Vegas"
My wife and I stayed there as a get away for Valentine's Day for 4 days/3 nights. When we arrived to the hotel, we were not greeted not even at the front desk. We made it to our room dead tired after a long day of travel. We left our luggage in the room and went out to get a bite to eat. The next day, after we got up, we started scouting our room and that is when we found out the grossness of the room that we paid for. The cubbies in the bathroom where the towels were placed in was gross with dirt and mold from the water damage from a leaky faucet. The light fixtures under the kitchen cabinets were disgusting with a thick layer of old crust of kitchen grime. The headboard of our bed had no more space for a particle of dust, that's how dusty that room was...that also includes the window ledges. The jet tub was broken to the point that when we turned on the water, water came out shooting up to the ceiling from the hand held shower hose (the jet tub being next to the bed, our bed got soaked). With this experience, I had to take pictures of all these. BTW...if you want or need WiFi, is not free they charge $10/day. I don't recommend this "Motel" to anyone. This is one of the worst Hilton's stay experience.
"Elara hotel stay"
they advertise they are a smoke-free establishment, in actuality they are not! The smokers stand right in front of the entrances and smoke.....smoke drifts in, you have to walk thru the smoke to go to the garage, as well as the valet parking. The mall is suppose to be smoke-free, but people walk thru the mall smoking. We could smell cigarette smoke in our room. When we talked to the personal at the front desk they just simply replied, we are smoke free. They don't address the issue.
"Great property, great price"
Bottom line - great location, great price, nice property. The Great: Rooms are in good shape, the prices are highly reasonable. The location is good- you're a short walk from the strip and can get there via the Mile High Shops, completely indoors. The shops have plenty of eating options as well. The Good: 24/7 starbucks in the lobby is very convenience. There is also a very nice pool. The Odd: There are no dining options within the property, although there is room service. Fortunately, there are plenty of options within the shops.
"Great Room, Great Value!"
Stayed at this hotel during a leisure trip to Vegas with family and friends. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. My room had a full kitchen and washer and dryer combo. For the price, it was unbeatable. The view I had was okay, I was able to see the High Roller Observation Wheel from my window. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was spacious, great shower. No complaints about this hotel. The rooms were also very clean. Hotel pool is heated and was open during my stay despite it being January. Hotel had a nice bar and lounge area in the lobby. Parking is free and easily accessible from the hotel lobby. This hotel is also connected to the Miracle Mile Shops which you must walk through to exit the hotel onto the Strip. There are many great stores and restaurants inside the Miracle Mile shops so it is very convenient that it is connected to Elara. The only thing about this hotel that some may not like is that it does not have it's own casino. Planet Hollywood's Casino is connected to the hotel though through the Miracle Mile Shops and you are in such a central location many of the other major Hotels, Casinos, and attractions are a very short walk away.
"Three night getaway"
Good location being attached to the mall. We would enjoy having breakfast or lunch a different little spots throughout the mall The room we had was clean but a few things looked a little worn We did have a problem with a huge wire sticking out of one of the chairs maintenance came immediately and fixed it ....they're on the ball Pool and pool area was nice… Nothing to showy but adequate Starbucks in lobby came in handy Security was good you have to show your card to be able to go up in the elevator Staff was pleasant to deal with the exception of the valet.... on a few different occations we saw them being quite rude to people with where to stand and wait… This is unfortunate since this is usually your first impression of a place
