Great Hotel, Great Service The breakfast in the Buffet was awesome Just one concierge "Mark" was very unfriendly and not helpful. The other members of the Hotel were very kind and helpful.Comment of D. Nina , Germany the 2015-12-13
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Felt like a real treat. It is next to the Wynn and just north of the fashion show mall. We went in and out via the Wynn hotel and the buses stop just outside the Wynn and the mall opposite. Stunning suite with electronic buttons at side of bed for curtains, lights, privacy, service etc. We booked a B&B package and the breakfast was served in their buffet. We had to time it right since the buffet is very popular and has long queues, but the breakfast was outstanding, with unbelievable choice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Can really recommend if you fancy one of the luxury hotels on the strip. Not too sure about a stay with young children - the way we went in and out via the Wynn said 'no strollers'!. I can only assume that they can use the other entrances! Also no problems at all using Prestigia. Just handed over our hotel voucher and we were expected. Good price too.Comment of C. Perfect hotel! Breakfast was included in our reservation. Going back to Encore in the future.Comment of B. Filip , Belgium the 2015-10-28
The Wynn Encore is an excellent hotel with superb amenities. The staff is helpful and always available. It would be nice to have free internet access or at least a minimum fee covering ALL devices. Including the breakfast buffet in the room package is a big plus.Comment of F. Wayne , United States the 2015-10-13
Wynn is my favourite hotel world wide and I can´t imagine a better place to stay than at Wynn. Fantastic interior, amazing food and excellent service. The week at the hotel contributed greatly to make my stay in Las Vegas fantastic. Tina CamaroffComment of C. Tina , Sweden the 2015-09-14

"Highly rated hotel"
This was my first time in Vegas so struggle to compare the rooms but in terms of public spaces this hotel stands up there with any other. The entire hotel is beautiful and nothing short of absolutely spotlessly clean. The room (king suite panaoramic) was stunning with everything you could need (including a bedside tablet to control everything - including the drapes and curtains!). The bathrooms were luxurious with seperate bath/shower and two sinks. The room was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. Yes the hotel is at the end of the strip but I quite enjoyed the walks, even to downtown. I was warned that strip view rooms may get noise from the night club but a higher floor would be better. But you have to have a strip view right' I was on 57th floor (out of 63 although there are no floors numbered 40 to 49) and on Friday night I could still hear the nightclub and it was quite loud but it didn;t bother me. However it wasn't noisy on the Saturday night so I can only assume The Chainsmokers are a lot louder than David Guetta!! The deal included a breakfast at the buffet restaurant which was lovely with an incredible choice. The resort fee at this hotel was optional which was a selling option for me as I never intend to spend much time in the hotel itself (too much to see). I declined the fee at checkin and was never asked about it again which is a big postive in my eyes. Overall, loved staying at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.
"They dont take care of in house Guest at Nighclub"
I hate to say this but such big hotel will not take care of their in house guest in XS club, We stayed in Encore for 2 nights and one of the night we wanted to go tto XS club which we asked at the time of checkin , and we arranged Nanny for our Kids also , But no one informed us in house guest also need to be added in Guestlist ( this is different than regualr other hotel like Cosmopolitian where in house guest are part of the Gueslist and they have separate entry line also ) We waited for hours in queue to know that they will not take care of us , We went from one post to another to get tickets also but in vein after hours of standing outside and frustration we went in Marquee in Cosmopolitian and to our surprise cosmopotitian had great seperate queue for entry for in house guest and it was very easy for in house guest, We got annoyed with fact that Encore/Wynn will not take care of their own guest while other 1000's of people they could.
"Everything was great, until...."
Annual girl's trip 4/17 to 4/20. We were having a ball, the hotel is amazing, super clean, well staffed, perfect weather, etc. etc. We were comped an amazing, full meal at Allegro while playing blackjack, which was wonderful and delicious. The staff there is very chill and indulgent when you have been day drinking. Everything was going great, we were up on slots and table games. Then, on Wednesday night we were playing slots near the Surrender exit/entrance and a younger (we are both 50) very well dressed, and charming young man comes over to us, big hugs, wants to join us. I am somewhat lubricated at this point, my girlfriend less so, so it took awhile for me to hear the warning bells go off. He said he was "waiting for his friends from the club to join him" and "we looked like fun"...which, we do have a lot of fun and are appropriate etc. He stayed around us just being super charming and asking us over and over what our room number was (dude, really' no.) and ordered us drink after drink for us, which we largely ignored but did drink from. Finally, after about an hour or so of this, security came over and pulled him away and talked to him and asked him for his ID. We took this opportunity to leave the area and instantly realized that something was off with both of us, we were way, way too drunk and disoriented and needed to get up to our room. Now, we drink in Vegas, probably too much, but we also know our limits and they had been breached. The next morning we started to piece together that we had been slipped something. It is my belief that this young man wanted to "help" us up to our room after we became incapacitated, and then gain access to our safe etc. I have never, ever felt so ill in my life and we were pretty bummed out as the whole day was completely wasted because we were so very sick. Flying out of town that night was quite unpleasant. We did file a report but have not heard anything back from Encore about this matter. I am writing this report not as a slight to the hotel as it could literally happen anywhere, even at the nicest hotel in town, but in an effort to educate and warn others of predators and con men (and women too, I suppose) that are looking for happy folks to dupe and steal from. I might add that we were marks because I was obviously having a great night and my machine reflected my high credits, making my vulnerable to a thief. Be careful out there folks, and have a gambling buddy that sticks with you. If I had been alone I am scared at what could have happened. End result: our vacation hijacked and ruined by an accomplished and smooth con man, but lesson learned and please learn from my experience as well. I have to give props to Encore security for keeping an eye on the situation and creating a much needed diversion. They were obviously watching our situation and had questions about this person. Thank God. It could have all ended up so much worse.
Excellent Hotel with excellent service. It's reputation is on par. The room's view of the Vegas strip was spectacular. The room's amenities were perfect. Food quality was exceptional. Shopping is high-end.
This was our fifth stay at both the Wynn and Encore. The environment is next to none as there exudes quality and beauty everywhere. The food selection is fantastic and staff great. Zero complaints and generally a wonderful stay.
