Enterprise Hotel is a short walk away from Fieramilanocity, on the way to the Pero-Rho New Trade Fair Centre, and a few minutes from the city centre; its location makes it a particularly stylish venue for fashion shows, exhibitions and an unforgettable stay in Milan.
"Beautiful Anniversary break"
Booked last minute for our 1st anniversary break. We were warmly welcomed while checking in received free champagne. The interior of the hotel is beautiful so grand, lovely high ceilings a very luxury colourful but comfortable feel. Our room on the 5th floor had great view, bed, desk, wardrobes and shower room, small hairdryer, tea, coffee, little fridge. Hotel room very clean and beautiful, small but perfect and all that is needed. Can be quite noisy when . Breakfast was incredible - (we have stayed before at the chain hotel Ville sull arno in Florence and the breakfast was great there too). Fresh food and great hot food including pancakes, waffles and omelettes made in front of you! The tram stop outside number one and 19(i think) takes you to the centre and great stops of bars are restaurants on the way. We used the spa once, very small but includes a Jacuzzi, steam room and relax area. Would visit again if in the area and recommend to anyone visiting.
Checked in and received free champagne. Which was a lovely touch . Room are fine with slippers and tea and coffee. Tram stop outside number one takes you to all the local attractions. Just round the corner is a supermarket and a few bars and coffee shops . Great stay if we come back will book again .
"Thank you to Elisa making our trip amazing!"
All staff friendly and the hospitality was second to none could not fault this hotel.. but especially Elisa Amazing lady very friendly and welcoming. She made our weekend break what it was thank you for that. Lovely hotel, roof top spa is superb! Very clean and well maintained. 5** for everything. Also you can get a transfer bus for €10 return will take you to Milan central station then you can get tram for €2 or taxi for €15 to enterprise hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning.
Despite several efforts to make it luxurious in terms of reception, styling, etc..,; it is not. It is a standard Business Hotel with a good breakfast offer, good service but nothing really special. I may have had a room which was not the quietest one - 202 - i heard the tram until Midnight and i had the feeling someone is relocating by night above my room...I wouldn' t book this one as a tourist.
"No directions on getting to the hotel from airports"
The hotel website doesn't have directions on getting to the hotel from Milan's airports.(all it explains is where it is). It's the first hotel in Italy that I see doesn't have this simpe help tip. I asked for directions by email before I took the long flight (4 h flight), and upon arrival to the airport at 11.15 a.m., nor at 2 p.m.my checkin time, no one has replied! How good is this' I could have asked for help at the airport, but the information desk at Malpensa INTERNATIONAL airport was closed fully. The guys selling tickets to Malpensa express were staring in their cell phones not bothering to help with selecting the right train. As a result, I took the wrong train (not Cadorno one), got off at the wrong station, and it took me 2.5 hours to get to the hotel!!! I am very disappointed by that the hotel website didn't have very basic information needed for every guest, and even more disappointed by that no one replied to my email with help on directions.
