"Super hotel, super location"
We selected this hotel because of its central location. An excellent choice: nice and clean, comfortable beds and strong wifi. Breakfast was excellent: an endless variety of food, tasty and fresh. Good coffee too. Friendly staff. And very convenient: the bus stop for the airport shuttle is across the street. For 3,25 euro's it will take you to the airport in about 20 minutes. Allow for some extra time as the bus was ten minutes late.
"Very good location"
Modern clean hotel in superb central location. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I stayed in a junior suite which was very spacious and and tastefully furnished and decorated. Will definitely be using Eurostars chain again
"Excellent Base for a City Break"
We booked this hotel with Jet2.com as a base for a city break having never been to Alicante before and with a view to exploring the surrounding area. We stayed here for 5 nights from 13th October 2016. Overall we were delighted with the location and transport links. We arrived by the C6 airport bus which cost 3.85 euros each, takes about 20 minutes and there is a stop directly opposite the hotel at Mercado. Check in was prompt and friendly . We were given a room on the 9th floor and the views were great. The room was comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning was efficient which was good as the temperatures were in the 22 - 25 deg range and the nights were warm. The bathroom was on the small side but we had clean towels daily, toiletries replaced and the bedding was changed part way through our stay. We had a good buffet breakfast each day in the hotel for 8 euros and the lady in charge was delightful. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the beautiful promenade and marina. The bars and restaurants are plentiful, many situated in the streets behind the hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and gave us maps. The underground tram station is less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the ticket machines are simple to use. We went to Benidorm for the day which was an experience ! We also went to the castle of Santa Barbara on the hill overlooking the marina via the lift to the top which only cost 2.70 euros. The castle is free but beware Sunday afternoons as it gets very busy then. The only down side to this visit was that one of the two lifts was out of order during our stay and this could have caused a problem on our checking out day had we not allowed enough time to leave the building. We will definitely return soon to Alicante and this hotel.
"Location and High standard"
It's not a cheap hotel compare to other hotels in the area/ but still it's good value for the money It's have prime location near Rambla , shopping district , Harbor and beach , couldn't be better The staff are very helpfull, nice and service minded / thanks for that Hotel is modern, and room are nice and comfortable, cleaning is good / and breakfast is very plentifull , and very cheap at 8 euro Only minor negative thing is, there a noise from the street during the night at level 2 there we stay, and another thing was one of the lift was out of order all 5 days, and the hotel was fully booked We will come gladly back
"OK Location but Poor Standards of customer service"
We stayed here for 4 nights as a group of friends visiting this lovely city and would have been much happier with the hotel if only the 2'nd lift was working and the staff were a little bit more forthcoming in dealing with issues. Our air conditioning was faulty on 2 floors and despite contacting the front desk they would not get back to us with information resulting in us having to chase them, I accepth things do go wrong from time to time but I also believe that people are far more tolerant to such inconvenience if kept informed. The Hotel itself was a very good location and the levels of cleanliness and such like was generally very good.
