I only stayed one night in this hotel. The location was the best of all of the hotels in cordoba- right next to mezquite. There is no coffe og tea making fac. in the room. They have a Nice garden. The price was very good and i can recommend this hotel if you are not planning to stay to long.
"Great location, minor issues"
My wife and i spent one night at this place. It is located in the very center of the city and there is parking available as well which we were very happy about. There were minor issues with the staff, like when we checked in at the reception, the lady checking us in was not very attentive first. Also, when i asked for hot water, another staff member suggested to me that i go to a coffe shop. A waiter brought me the hot water however, when i explained that i need it for the flu medicine of my wife. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was also ok.
"Good location, average hotel"
You couldn't be closer to the main tourist attraction in Cordoba, The Mezquita. The hotel is OK though there are some very small rooms and they aren't, in our experience, cheaper than the larger ones. On check-out, I asked why we were given a small, dark room. The receptionist rudely said 'if you didn't like it, you should have said earlier and we would have changed it' Fair enough and a top tip here! This hotel has 2 floors of rooms. It is a rough triangle shape with most good sized rooms on the outside of the triangle but there are a few on an inner triangle which are dark, small and look on to a grim central atrium (photo). Room 130 is probably the worst and suspect 126, 127, 131 aren't much better (possiibly 230,231,226,227 too). So if you are handed a key for room 130 or find yourself in a dark shoebox of a place let them know asap and they’ll change it. These smaller rooms aren’t shown on the website. They aren't that bad, just inferior to the others. Apart from being dark and small, the room was clean, bed hard, the hotel is noisy because of marble/stone floors and thin doors. Reception staff were curt, room staff and breakfast staff were fantastic. Breakfast - lots of it and average in quality. Location, superb. The Mezquita (Cathedral) has bells though they don't ring all night.
this wonderful hotel in just i front of the Mezquita, in the centre of the city. the breakfast buffet is continental and it has a huge gamma of choiches. wifi also outside the hotel. perfect under any aspect.
