"Cheap American steak - RIP OFF!"
Avoid this place! Cheap American vacuum packed/frozen steak. Super expensive, attempting to be classy but employing hookers to try extort money. What a bizarre place. Don't go! It's not even funny - bad attempt at entertainment, shoddy and rude waiters. How this place hasn't already been closed down - I don't know.
"Pleasant hotel in business sector"
We thought this was a hotel 30 minutes from the airport. Really was 75 minutes. Rooms good and fitness center helpful. Adequate indoor pool. Very reasonable rates. Bar pricey. Service in hotel was very good . Considerable construction in area so I would request an upper floor.
The hotel itself is ok, rooms are ok, service is terrible--on Mexican time. I would imagine good for business travelers not American Tourists. No English newspapers were available and the front desk was not clear (in English) what we were entitled to. Pillows were like cement blocks but the rooms were clean. Not a hotel to stay at if you want to go on tours. This hotel is 23 miles from city center--not too far but it has taken 3-1/2 hours to get there with traffic. Tours from this hotel should be by private car only. Fiesta Americana is neither a Fiesta nor American. Nor American friendly.
My family really enjoyed this hotel! My son enjoyed the pool and the rooms were big and clean! We ate breakfast everyday at their resturant and the staff was incredible ! Miguel and the rest of the resturant were great! Definitely coming back! Thank You!
"Good location "
The location is great if you are doing business in the area, you have a lot of options to go for lunch or dinner. The hotel is ok but already showing aging issues. The service is good we did a conference and the staff was very helpful. Until I tried to do my check out, I only got informed how much I was going to be charged but did not get a copy of the account as usual in a hotel of this category. I paid and a couple of hours later a colleague of mine told me that they where looking for me at the front desk, I went down just to realize they made a mistake and charged me 150 USD to many. They offered to do the reimbursement next day and they did but really what would have happened if my colleague did not find me, why they did not called me' I think this type of issues should be informed immediately to the customer.
