"Too basic for me, I'm afraid"
This hotel is well located for city attractions and shopping. The staff are friendly and efficient and it's clean, however the accommodation is just too pared-back for me. The bare minimum is provided, but it's just that: the minimum. Rooms are small, little in the way of bathroom toiletries provided, the hairdryer didn't work and when I called reception to tell them this, they said there was nothing they could do. Breakfast was fine. We cancelled our second night and moved elsewhere. Oh, and the town hall clock chimes every half-hour until midnight. Nothing the hotel can do about that except perhaps triple glazing'!
"Good location and great place to be while in copenhagen"
Quite unique hotel with good service and excellent location. Service was nice and lounge was fun place to be with friends. Also had a small "shop" on the lounge which was nice. Room was cosy, but I did hear other people in their rooms, so that should be fixed. Also our bathroom door was more like a "bar door" instead of traditional door. That should be fixed. Though my friends didn't have that same issue. Overall it was great place and location was good. I can recommend it.
"A great place to lay your weary head"
My partner and I always stay here when in Copenhagen - it's centrally located and very cool. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful and the cocktail bar is all the Danish design style you'll need!
"4 Netter i "dejlige" København."
4 nights in Copenhagen in a 3 Star hotel. Always stays in First hotel but this time disappointed. Water from the shower flow all over the bathroom, and not possible to use the toilet because of overflow. Stinking! We got another room in the second floor next to the noisy street. They offer us hotel close to the central station in the strip club area. We refused. Breakfast was good. Close to the main street and shopping area. WiFi perfect. Clever bar keeper. Good bed in superior room. Not always air con in all rooms ( depends on time of the year if you need it) Most of the rooms need renovation and upgrading. Bathroom small and tiny. Minibar is in the Lobby.
have stay here a couple of times before now same pros: location ,breakfast ,ambiance cons: getting dated, has encrease a lot in size, noisy long walk from elevator to room ,aisles and reception crowded small room and bath still like it but no more boutique hotel
