"Pricey but worth it. Gorgeous setting, rooms, service and flowers"
Loved my corner room. It had great views and the bed was so comfortable. Staff was outstandingly friendly. The flowers in the lobby were stunning, done by a renowned floral expert. Loved the use of the hotel car service to go anywhere within two miles, that was handy. Would definitely come back again.
"personal and Comfortable"
The cordial staff creates a feeling of a small hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The shower water pressure in our room was inadequate. Great in and out valet parking service. Very well located for business or pleasure.
"More good than average but not very good!"
Have stayed in a few Four Seasons hotels and this one was fine. As all Four Seasons staff were very good. The room was fine although for some reason we had an extra bed which was eventually removed. Spent 2 nights at the hotel. Location of the hotel is so so as not really near anything. I wanted stay at this iconic hotel but in hindsight we would have been better to stay somewhere more central. Breakfast itself and the service was very good. $50 a night for valet parking seems high.
"Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills is an old world magnificent hotel."
Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills is so beautiful, especially within the compound. The service staff is excellent and efficient! The concierge is fantastic as well as the valet. We used Dean the chauffeured transporter and it was all fabulous! We loved our corner room #728 with a wrap-around french door lanai! The fresh flower arrangements in the lobby areas were beautiful too' All the restaurants were excellent, each special in it's own way.
From the moment I walked into the foyer filled with fresh and delicately fragrant flowers, I knew I would enjoy my stay! To begin, the hospitality of the staff is a perfect delight. Despite the high pressures of keeping the privacy of countless celebrities (Elvis Presley, Warren Beatty and Steve McQueen to name a few), they have managed to keep the cool California vibe in tact. After interacting with the staff, it's no wonder Héctor Elizondo's character played such a central part in our favorite Julia Robert's film, Pretty Woman. This staff has heart and has mastered the definition of professionalism--not unlike Barney Thompson. You'll want to turn to this competent staff for help. I spent my time at the Four Seasons Hotel while doing a luxury photoshoot this fall, so the details were really important to me. When we walked into our suite we were welcomed with a well-thought out floor plan and a lightly sunlit entryway--complete with a doorbell. The main room was recently styled with an acrylic console table, a desk facing the Hollywood Hills, modern lounge chairs, a couch, a dining table and bar cart. Our suite had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, each adjacent to the main living space and complete with Ferragamo toiletries. The view from our balcony was my favorite feature, with a view of the city, and complete with the Hollywood Hills behind it. I especially loved the chaise lounge chair when you stepped outside from the bedroom. My only complaint was the latches are a little tough to open on the balconies, but I kinda liked that some of the charming quirks of this 1920's hotel were still there. For location, it's easy to call an Uber or cab from here and located just 10 minutes from Rodeo Drive. If you are spending your time on the West side of LA, this is a great location!
