"Spacious room, delicious breakfast & excellent service"
I've stayed at a few different FS resorts and this is a great one, and like its Vegas counterpart it lacks a casino, making it a soothing oasis in an otherwise crazy setting. The interior is as luxurious as can be expected, the breakfast buffet is exhaustive with plenty of tasty local cuisine, and the service is first-class. Every serviceperson you encounter knows and remembers your name, not sure how they do it. They even put a foot massager in my room when they heard I might be jetlagged upon arrival (which I was). A special thanks to the restaurant manager, who during my last breakfast went out of his way to make all the necessary arrangements for my ferry departure back to Hong Kong. A quick stop by the concierge, and my ticket was already booked, including my own private shuttle transfer. It really doesn't get any better. Will definitely stay here again.
Due of the brand equity, I selected Four Seasons Hotel Macau for my short relaxation trip, the conclusion is I made the best selection. The feedback is not for hardware only, but high level of service quality from the staff, from check-in, room service, catering, baggage service, checkout.... full chains are perfect, and service with 'heart'.
"Beautiful hotel, outstanding service"
We stayed at the four seasons hotel macau at the end of December. We booked through ctrip after reading many reviews. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby was nicely decorated with a large Christmas tree. The room is large, very spacious and stocked with great quality products. The room is a little dark - in the evening, but definitely helps with setting the mood. LOL .. anyways, room very clean, organized, everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The thing that made this hotel stay perfect for us was the level of service that we received. Greeted by name, attention to detail and going beyond our expectations - from the concierge, to the room service to the front desk everyone was professional. One night we were running late for a show, and were in line waiting for a taxi, and the concierge saw that we were running late and organized a private car from the hotel. That's service - when you don't even have to ask for help, and its solved.
"All about best service"
Stayed in 4 season for 2 nights. Really enjoy the experience, staff are very friendly or more than friendly/helpful. The hotel is within 10 min by taxi from the airport ( less than us$8). check in takes about 5 min. I stayed in the prenium room ( with a living room). Room is very clean, huge bathroom and bed. Comfortable pillow and bed. Restaurants are quite nice, tried at least two ( cafe for breakfast and chinese restaurant for dinner) both are good food. Very elegant decoration and romantic atmosphere in this hotel. Compared with other Casino hotels, 4 season is like an oasis at the busy busy area. It's linked to the Venetian so you can take the venetian free shuttle bus to get around the city ( not big but certainly can't walk everywhere). Lots of shopping malls and restaurants in this area so no worry about what to do at all. Overall this is probably the best choice if you try to get away from the crowd but still enjoy the easy access to all facilities in Macau especially the shopping malls and casino. will definitely come back!!!!!
The Four Seasons Macau has everything to make it stands out in the Cotai area of Macau. The resort is absolutely stunning inside and out. The exterior architecture is as grand as it can be. The lobby area features a pair of symmetrical curved marble stairs descending from 2 floors high joining together to form a welcoming area showered by natural light. The architectural style of the whole hotel echoes European imperialism with very refined oriental touch. It is just wonderful that only minutes away from the main casinos, you can find an immaculate residence in full luxury and elegance. All staff were attending guests with professional manners. We have no problems to communicate with them. They were knowledgeable of the hotel details and were able to answer your questions effectively. They even send text message to us prior to our arrival to make sure they have prepared what we needed. As we informed the hotel our stay was a Birthday celebration in earlier time, they prepared a beautiful birthday cake and tea set delivered to our room. We got a suite this time. The suite was generously spacious and fully equipped. The suite includes a living area, dinning table, office desks, day beds and sofa by the windows, the walk-in closets, and a dressing room connected to a lavish bathroom. Not to mention, we are in love with the comfortable bed and beddings. The clear crystal lamps and draperies added delightful accents to the suite. We enjoyed our afternoon tea and dinner in the Windows on the ground floor. The leather sofas are stylish and comfortable. Food is also very good. In fact, our best experience was with the staff! When I asked about their tea selection, the staff can tell us the details with passion and smile. Afterwards, she sent an extra teabag accompanied with beautiful ceramic teaware to our suite. We didn’t even request this but she seems treat us like family with care from the heart. I wish I could remember her name. I am sure she is still one of the proud staff continue to contribute the success of Four Seasons Macau. We also went to the breakfast buffet. There is nothing to complaint about. The variety and quality of food are both unbeatable. Last but not least, the outdoor swimming pools and spa are not to be missed. Overall, you don’t need to go outside the hotel. One advice is to try stay longer. There are always too little time to fully appreciate all the wonders of this place.
