"Great Four Seasons experience"
This is different to other Four Seasons I have stayed in as it has the look and feel of a boutique hotel. The rooms are large by any standards. We had a junior suite which was still spacious even with a rollaway bed. The amenities are fabulous - they provide pyjamas! The service is wonderful. They walk you to the train station and help you to buy tickets! The only fault I could find is with the breakfast. The buffet is small and not particularly good. Overall, however a truly memorable stat
"Good staff good location"
There are many good staffs, remember my name and call friendly. Location is just walk 5min. to Tokyo station. Very convienient. And on 7th floor there is good resutraunt, I could enjoy good foods and drink.
"Good Hotel With Good Location"
Ideally located beside tokyo station and walking distance to ginza. Fantastic view of the tokyo station rail that make my kids days watching the trains zooming in and out. Friendly and attentive staff. Will definite revisit again
"Nice Business Hotel"
I recently spent 1 week at the Four Seasons Maranouchi on a business trip. The room are spacious and its extremely well located above Tokyo Station. The amazing shopping of Ginza is a short 5 minute walk away. The hotel is all around great but the service is not up to normal Tokyo standard. The hotel seems deserted and there is not a proper lobby to relax in while waiting for meeting. Other than those two small issues the hotel is just about perfect.
"Unassuming presence in excellent location; spacious rooms a nice surprise"
I stayed at the Four Seasons for seven nights while in Tokyo at the beginning of December and had a wonderful experience. To my surprise, my room was huge by any standard, and although I was on the third floor I heard little outside noise. In fact, this is one of the quietest hotels I've ever visited. Pros: room size & simple design, bathroom, comfy pyjamas (!), friendly staff, convenient location near Tokyo Station Opportunities: bed was sunken in on one side and needs to be rotated or replaced; I should've mentioned this to the staff after my first night and didn't // As is usually the case at luxury hotels, breakfast is far from inexpensive, and the continental breakfast didn't taste as fresh as I would've expected from the Four Seasons. When I return to Tokyo in a few months, I will absolutely look to stay here again.
