"Amazing service, property , food ."
Rooms: excellent , luxurious with all ammenities, View from room : be careful to select as a lot of rooms have restricted views to the sea due to many trees.Even the pics of the views for premium rooms are not with clear views. Resturant : excellent food quality and taste. The Best i think in Thai . Service: Maybee the Best part and highlight for the stay ( the people) . Location : isolated from the busy areas and very peaceful . Good Beach with all non motorised sports .Very good!. Overall a great stay and super expensive .Bt i guess its four seasons and the best !
"Great place to stay"
I still can't move on, the last time we visit this place. It was really good. The hotel staff are accommodating. The rooms are good and got nice view. Best accommodation ever. Keep up the good job! See you soonest
We decided to stay at The Four Season after the fantastic service we received from the FS Seychelles who set the bar VERY high. From start to finish we were treated like royalty. Upon arrival we decided to change our room to the beachfront villa (the best room in the hotel - room no. 910) which was beyond a dream. The service from all the staff - waiters/waitresses, cleaners, spa staff, gardeners, chefs, management, EVERYONE, was brilliant and super friendly. Nothing was ever too much for them. The rooms in the resort are on a hill (similar to FS Seychelles) so you will most likely need a buggy to transport you around the resort. Food was delicious and they even made me duck wontons after i loved them so much from the FS Seychelles. The free water activities were great and we loved the water bikes (they should have these in all resorts!). My husband had personal thai boxing lessons every morning with Aan who made it so fun for him to workout and they built a great friendship boxing together! There's something about the FS that just make you feel like your home away from home and you're amongst friends. The hotel had many activities on during the day which was really nice to have. We loved the movie under the stars. We did call the hotel from our mobile during the movie so that we could order some drinks & snacks, so maybe just having a member of staff pop by every so often to check if anyone wants to order drinks/snacks would be a good addition as the couple behind us ordered some snacks too once they saw us having some. The only thing i would suggest is that only a few, (maybe they are new) bar staff around the pool just need a little bit more training to provide that fantastic FS service. We felt that was the only area that just needed a little bit more of an improvement of. I wouldn't say it was a criticism as such because the whole experience was fantastic. The two top managers (so sorry i have forgotten your names) came out to say goodbye to us which was a lovely touch and made us more upset to be leaving. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Koh Samui & I think from our past two visits to FS hotels, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. A big THANK YOU to ALL the staff for making our holiday so memorable and enjoyable. Mr & Mrs Chadha Room 910
"A TRUE PARADISE A MUST VISIT LOCATION"
One of the Best Vacations Ever !!!! The location is the best on the Island, wonderful staff warm welcoming and at your service anytime, amazing SPA, great restaurant options we did a sala private dinner with wine paring that was just great,we did also do a Once in a Blue Moon Dinner at the beach that was just amazing down to the beach side fire and the local Thai musician that played at our private table, we also did the in room Thai BBQ that was great since the rooms are so beautiful and private with your own pool and awesome views that makes you not want to not even leave your room ;-)
"Views, service and privacy."
If you're going to deliver luxury and privacy on an Island with a tourist reputation like that of Koh Samui you cannot build on a normal piece of land. For this hotel an entire valley was purchased, an ex-coconut plantation, villas and residences built and gardens put in. Being on a relatively quiet stretch of coast anyway the sea is not overly travelled and a private beach ensures the experience remains tropical and peaceful whether enjoying the sand between your toes or snorkelling out on the reef. Being a Four Seasons I needn't talk too much about the room or the service - both of which are guaranteed by the name, but to reassure you will not be let down by either. The food is great too particularly South American cuisine by the beach which is an unusual find but fits the atmosphere well and, very rare, Thai craft beer along with the views at the bar. The gym also has spectacular views but you may not need it, just forgo the (excellent & timely) buggy service and walk between destinations, the gradient will ensure plenty of exercise.
