This Las Vegas luxury hotel is brilliantly positioned on the legendary Las Vegas Boulevard, at the heart of The Strip.
"tranquil oasis in Vegas"
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I don't gamble and don't care for casinos but I do love the shopping, food and shows in Vegas. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip, this hotel is an oasis of tranquility and bliss. The service is impeccable with a lovely spa, pool, restaurants, use of the Mandalay Beach in the warmer months. The rooms are open and beautiful with gorgeous views. We felt everything was luxurious and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!
A bit late on this review.... went in August and have been here 3 times. It is basically the top 4 (or maybe 5) floors of the Mandalay Hotel. I've stayed at Mandalay too, but these floors do look different and are nicer. They have their own lobby and also their own valet. There is a "secret" door from the Mandalay floor to the Four Seasons elevator. It's not really secret, but you do have to get a look out for it. You will need your room key to open the door to get access to the elevator. Checking in ==> Always easy peasy...... Usually no more than a 2 minute wait and its always quick and painless. I love that we don't have to wait in these ridiculous lines. We are usually offered cold water and sometimes grab an apple that is offered too. Luggage help is always offered, but never needed as we usually travel light here and the elevators are not too far away. Lobby bar ==> It is right in front of the hotel lobby and the drinks/eats are really good. The prices are in line with Vegas, but you can get the discounted by going during happy hour. Atmosphere is pretty classy and so not Vegas, which is refreshing. Rooms ==> Nice, clean, crisp, modern. Super comfy beds, nice bathroom. Its perfect. Location==> Since it doesn't have its own casino because its on the top floors of the Manadalay Bay hotel, your direct gambling options are the Mandalay, which is nice. It also has tram access to other nearby hotels. Pool==>Four Seasons has its own pools, which has excellent service. They are small, but its nice to get away from the crowds. The great thing is that they are always coming by refreshing your water and are sometimes passing out complimentary fruit pops or something else to cool you down. There are always pool recliners available, but its tough to get one in the shade. The food is very reasonably priced and the typical pool food fare. The food/drink service was awesome - made it so relaxing. The great thing is that you also have access to the Mandalay pools if you want to, but why go where its swarming with people' I've never stayed here with the kids, but see many other people do. Would be worth it to stay with kids too if you want a nice non-Vegasy type Vegas vacation.
"Horrible service "
I was very excited to be at Four Seasons Las Vegas however, first we found a chewed up gum on the bathroom sink counter after the room had been cleaned. Last day we ordered breakfast in bed. The toast never came and after we called we were told it will take another 8 minutes but we never got the toast with our omelette. Last but not least a charge of $100 dollars was added when we never went to their restaurant! Not what I expected from this brand!
"Always the best"
Four Seasons hotels are soooooo predictable. Great rooms and furnishings, comfy beds with luxurious linens, bathrooms you want to copy in your own home. Friendly staff who all seem to know your name, and are all anxious to help you. Restaurants in house are always pricey but serve excellent food and wine. This one fits the same great mold and I will be happy to return.
"Peaceful, Relaxing 2 Nights"
I stayed at the Four Seasons in Vegas the week before Thanksgiving 2016. My room rate was approximatly $250/night. I was on the 38th floor with a view of the strip. The room was very quiet, clean, and I slept very well and was relaxed when there. The staff was awesome, both at the front desk and the housekeeping staff (very friendly, helpful, and professional). The sink drained slowly but drained with low pressure water. Also, the shower was small so it would have been nice to have a shower hose. Overall, I will definitely stay again - great place and staff.
