The hotel is a typical 5 star city accomodation. Four Seasons has done it's best to give folks a nice guest experience. There is a large pool with a nice outdoor area, outdoor restaurant and indoor restaurant. The food was quite good as it is in all Four Seasons hotel. There are no balconies and the sports facility and spa is run by LA Fitness but totally accessible on another floor by Four Seasons guests.Comment of G. Steve , United States the 2014-03-06

"Premium place with excellent dining and amenities"
We stayed over new year's and loved the energy of this place. Very relaxed, very beautiful, and excellent food! We would definitely stay here again. You are walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and a short uber away from South Beach or Coconut Grove.
The best attention, perfect location, it has on the lobby edge a delicious restaurant with a great brunch on sundays. The rooms are perfect, clean, comfortable and perfect view. The room service is perfect, i totally recommend this hotel its just perfect.
In the trendy area of Brickell, this hotel has a fantastic location. The rooms are gorgeous with simplistic decor, and the standard comfortable Four Seasons beds. The pool areas are large, that remind you a bit of the pools in Las Vegas. We attended a wedding at the hotel, and it has amazing event spaces. Concierge Services and Dining options are wonderful.
"Won't stay there again. "
We have had excellent experiences at four seasons Jackson hole, Wy. So, we were expecting a similar experience here. Very disappointed. The higher priced biscayne view room my wife and I stayed in was absent any amenities. Examples: a simple as a coffee maker in the room... like is customary in every hotel. We had to order up coffee via room service each morning. $24 a pot plus our normal 20-25% tip. The pot was small so we ordered 2 pots next day $48... plus tip. We ordered ice tea at the pool $5 for 8 oz plastic cup with no refills! Extra charge for internet. $42 per day for valet. No complimentary morning newspaper. No turn down. Yet 5 star pricing for the room! Life is too short for that nickel and dimming... especially at a $500 per night room. It just infuriates most of us. The view was just okay. No lanai. The lobby was stiff and uninviting. Conceirge's never looked up from computers a single time in the three days we walked past them in the lobby. Not a single smile! Unbelievable. The valets were awesome! John and the others. We tipped them accordingly! We will stay at the Ritz at Key Biscayne next time we go to Miami.
"Always exceptional "
My mom and I are on our annual girls trip. We stayed at the Mandarin upon our arrival to Miami, flew to Bimini and now we are ending our trip at the Four Seasons. This is by far my favorite hotel! You are in the city but as soon as you enter and take the elevator to the lobby it as if you are in another world. The pool design makes guests feel they are on an island somewhere. The staff upon arrival is outstanding! Pros Great location The one bedroom suite is lovely, with 1.5 baths Staff is outstanding Great pool Love the hammocks over the water in the back A small kiddie area for kids Use of equinox Con The edge steak bar is great but there are not a lot of vegetarian options. We will be back!
