Moment we entered it gives feeling of a 3 star hotel. There is practically no lobby. Coffee shop is so crowded for breakfast. Everywhere compromised. Evening time very long queues in lifts. No where it feels like Four Season Hotel. It's a very nice 3/4 star hotel with excellent service.
"Great Experience-Personalised Service-smiling faces"
I was at a 3 day conference at the property. The service was really personalized and the staff very helpful. Not to be missed was that they seem to be happy with their job which always leads to better service. Food was always fresh and inviting. The late night bar that gives you an amazing view of the vast expanse of the city was nothing short of mesmerizing. Highly recommended
"Choice of modern hotel in Mumbai"
Great hotel as usual. Love the room, bath tub, the bed, and the view. Breakfast is excellent. The asian restaurant provides a great variety if different asian cuisines. I loved the chinese and vietnamese ones. I'd recommend this particularly for business travellers. Staff are helpful, they work in very efficient manner. Not overwhelmingly humble(as you may find in some hotel in India where service staff really put them too low and act like slaves) but decent! The thing is, you dont need to wait for too long before they deliver the service! The pool is a bit on the low side... Too small, unattractive. Gym is good. Location is great, close to the 150 year collective laundry place.
"Just an awesome place to stay in Bombay, either on business or for pleasure."
My wife and I were fortunate enough to attend the opening of this hotel in 2008 while living in Bombay. We recently vacationed in India with several friends and we suggested staying at the Four Seasons. The location is good especially if you want to go to both South Mumbai as well as to Juhu Beach area, Bhandra etc., It's also very convenient to Palladium Mall. Service is superb. The roof top bar is worth a stop at sunset, even if you aren't staying at the hotel.
I stayed here in November just for 2 nights before heading back home. We were greeted at the hotel very warmly by all the staff in the lobby. Our room was amazing. I had tidied up the room a bit before the cleaning staff were to come so it would not look too messy. However when I got back the room was even more tidy than I had left it. All my toiletries were neatly placed by the sink, our shopping bags put aside against the wall. Basically, the cleaning staff put so much attention to detail that I was mind blown. The AER bar is worth visiting and the view is amazing. Really good cocktails and snacks too. Dinner at San-Qi was also lovely and the waiting staff were really attentive. Breakfast was good. You can basically order anything you can think of. I loved the Green Smoothie and Potato Parathas. Only minus for a person like me is that breakfast closes at 10:30. The gym and spa were also five star! (I have seen some gyms at hotels, most of them are disappointing- but not this one). I have to say a special thanks for the concierge called Prateek. He was so helpful and patient! Definitely staying here next time!
