"No details ignored!"
We had a group of 16 at this location for 4 nights. A wonderful event! The concierge was instrumental in helping us with transportation, we had an amazing catered dinner in one of their conference rooms, the rooms were beautiful, and service by ALL staff was spectacular. No complaints from 16 guests!
"Four Seasons Hotel, Seattle"
Stayed in Four seasons, Seattle from Feb 05 through Feb 11, business trip. The room was "Seattle View" though one can still see a piece of a Elliott Bay. Bathroom was excellent - spacious, with marble bath and a mirror with built-in TV (cool stuff in the morning when shaving). Really liked fireplaces in the hall - make lobby a cosy place to stay. Definitely recommend Four Seasons for stay in Seattle.
"Four Seasons for All Reasons"
Normally we like to stay at the Sheraton because it's central to shopping but this time elected to try the Four Seasons as friends had advised us it was the only place to stay. Upon check-in, our four legged guest was given VIP treatment which sadly he is used to as we spoil him. However, given he is our first born we do like to see him treated well. The staff and amenities were outstanding and in particular housekeeping was top notch! Although it's hard to single anyone out because all of the staff from valet to restaurant staff excel at their jobs. The pool was my personal favourite amenity but concierge was by far our most trusted ally as we opted to try new restaurants and lounges this trip. Definitely a must for the perfect Seattle experience. If Seattle is the Emerald City, Dorothy would definitely stay at the Four Seasons. Enjoy!
Great hotel Top of it's class Great rooms and amenities. Love the pool. Good location. We love the lobby ambiance. The staff was very accommodating. The concierge was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the neighborhood
"A great brand rebranded..."
Have you noticed any changes at your favorite Four Seasons' This is about the best of the newest generation of Four Seasons...simpler and more modern furniture, small lobby, extra large restaurant and bar area, utilitarian health club and pool, competent concierge, etc. Though I long for the more comfortable, high touch service, and reliable brand that I can still experienc in NYC, Chicago, Georgetown, etc., Seattle is about the best of the latest generation built in places like Denver and Toronto. The beds are inconsistent, some are a bit too soft but in Seattle they immediately replaced it. Bravo! The restaurant menu was fresh and interesting though a bit dark so ask for a table by the window. The location is steps from Pike Place Place and the Seattle Art Museum. All in all a very pleasant experience. As with most brands, there is a disconnect between the longtime consumer expectation and the staff who are responsible to deliver on the brand promise. They need to focus on providing comfortable furnishings for all physical levels not just the young and build staff hospitality capability.
