This is now my go-to property for Seattle. While I enjoy loyalty point systems that can be used for free rewards, the level of service and attention to detail here outweigh what I'm missing in points. I arrived early and no rooms were available. The front desk agent could see that I was exhausted and kindly provided me an upgraded room when check-in was ready. The rooms are nicely appointed and the location of the property is incredible. The sundeck was beyond refreshing with its infinity pool and views. I was also very happy with the selection of equipment in your exercise facilities. I am returning for business this month and an hoping for the same experience.
"A Jewel in a Busy City"
This hotel was at the end of our family trip. It is such a charming place. The rooms are big, well organized and quite. The service everywhere from the room service to the bellman is great as expected from a FSs hotel. The location is good and within walking distince from the shopping heart of Seattle downtown. The coffee they serve in the lobby is AMAZING!! As a mom of three kids, i really appreciated how friendly the team were with our kids.
"Our first Four Seasons stay"
This was our first stay at a Four Seasons hotel. And I am a fan! The room was sooo nice, we stayed only one night so we did not use the jacuzzi. But it sure looked nice. The only detail that bothered me was that there was no fridge. Only the mini bar with sensors in it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Since it is very expensive Four Seasons will not be a regular thing for us. But it sure was a nice splurge.
"Nice rooms but skip the dining"
Deluxe bay view rooms are delightful, spacious and airy with great bathrooms. Room vews are in part of industrial architecture; including the back end of an old brewery and of a self-storage wharehouse. If you look carefully from rooms on the higher floors the bay and Pugent Sound are visible beyond. Happily most, but not all, of the roar of traffic on the two-level US-Canadian long distance elevated highway separating the hotel from the bay is blocked by the quality double glazing. The hotel is brilliantly located. Across the road is the Seattle Arts Museum and two blocks up is the quirky Pike Place Market. A number of quality restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are the Washington State Ferry terminals for Bainbridge Island and Pemberton. The Streetcar depot is also found by walking a little further north. We were tired from an overnight flight from London so made the mistake of having breakfast in the on-site restaurant, as the Goldfinch Tavern. Only to be bored to death by loud American businessmen holding indiscreet breakfast meetings on surrounding tables. The "Tavern" is full of hard surfaces so sound travels and no chance here of a quiet gentle undisturbed start to the day, so suggest eat out even for breakfast. Also we found the breakfast servers not terribly interested in providing table service, to the point where we repeatedly had to leave the table to find someone! Alternatively, take a pastry from a local bakery back to your room together with a cup of the free Four Seasons lobby coffee. Would stay here again just for the gorgeous expansive room and the central location but will definitely eat elsewhere.
"Thanks Four Seasons Seattle! We will be back!"
Beautiful hotel and great staff! We appreciated all the extra touches and cleanliness. We traveled with an infant and the baby crib was sturdy and beautiful. The pool was amazing and the hotel is close to everything downtown. We went to the SAM as well as the aquarium and Pikes. We will be back soon.
