Set above the Pacific Centre mall, this upscale 30-storey hotel is also a 2-minute walk from Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain station and a 14-minute walk from historic Gastown.
The staff were spectacular. The food was amazing. The pool and spa are lovely. The location downtown is exceptional. My stay was more than I had hoped for.Comment of M. Peggy Lynn , Canada the 2016-09-21
Beautifull hotel, great location, and exceptionally friendly staff. An oasis of luxury in the heart of of a bustling metropolis at an awesome rate booked seemlessly through Presigia! Thank you.Comment of W. Gary , Canada the 2016-09-20

The hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were great, but the restaurant was very expensive and we didn't eat there. There were several reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance.Comment of H. Edgar , United States the 2014-04-02
"Great location, basic room"
You can't beat this hotel for convenience in Vancouver. Take the Skytrain from the airport and get off at the Pacific Center Mall, enter the mall and the hotel has an entrance straight from the mall. The only time you're outside is crossing the street from the baggage claim to the Skytrain entrance. It around $7 from the airport to the city but only $2.75 back to the airport. The hotel lobby is very nice as is the restaurant, Yew, but rooms are fairly basic. In fact, they are dated and need an update.
"Nothing short of stellar"
Upon arrival the service was spot on and concierge did a fantastic job surprising my wife with a small cake for her birthday. Conveniently located in Vancouver city centre for ease of walking to many great restaurants and attractions. Have already highly recommended this property to friends, family and coworkers.
"My wife and I really like this hotel."
This is our preferred hotel to stay at in Vancouver. It's location is excellent. Hotel is very clean and quiet, one of the few that we stay at anywhere where we can get a good night sleep. The staff is amazing. All you have to do is ask, and they will take care of it. We were here for my wife's birthday and the concierge took care of all of our reservations for meals and events. We are always really well taken care of when we stay here.
I had a one-night stay at Four Seasons hotel in downtown Vancouver for an official seminar. It's a nice clean hotel. My room was big with a nice view. Washroom was pretty decent as well. Location is quite convenient. A mall is just underneath the hotel. The lobby was a bit noisy as there were a bunch of kids staying in the room next to mine, but overall it was good experience. If breakfast was included in the price of the room, which was pretty expensive, that would have been great.
"Old, Poor Service, No Seasons Hotel...Stay Elsewhere "
I'm not sure where to begin, other than to say this Four Season's is a not worth your time, even if money is no issue. There are so many nice high end hotels in Vancouver that my advice is too abort this mission and stay elsewhere. The bathrooms are lackluster and don't have separate showers. No marble, has a small bathtub and absolutely not one bell or whistle. The rooms are old, uneventful, small, and so is the TV, which is oddly placed in a corner, which makes viewing poor from most angles. Finally, I booked a suite and was placed in a so called premium room (with so-called views), because they over-booked their suites. Really'!'! Is this seriously a Four Seasons' Customer Service, corporate or local, was not of any help. A truly customer service oriented hotel would have notified me in advance of my arrival, or assisted me in finding another suite elsewhere. Anyway the premium room is a joke. It has an old couch in the room, but you can't see the tv or the so-called view from the couch. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Just way too many nice 5 star hotels in this city to justify the continued existence of this one.
