"Good breakfast and service"
We stayed here two weeks while we moved to KL. Breakfast is brunch type, has lots of variety and the quality of products is good. Service in the reception is efficient and respectful and we really liked tge infinity pool & gym. Elevators are annoyingly slow so that's a minor minus. If possible, ask your room to be as high floor as possible as lower level rooms views are blocked with other buildings.
"Nice Hotel Apartment"
Stayed for one night for a business trip. Comfortable hotel apartment. Right in the city center. With a lot of food options available in the night.. The breakfast at the hotel was good. The only downside is the lifts are too slow. Not very comfrotable
"Very poor business practices"
BEWARE this hotel will request a "deposit" or more likely a bond despite the fact you have paid in full and they have your credit card and passport details. We recently stayed at the Fraser Place in November for 5 nights. We booked via Expedia and paid in full prior to arrival. On arrival the hotel requested a 450 ringgit deposit in addition to full payment already made. I was not wrapt with this, it was not mentioned when we booked and is not mentioned on the hotel website. I was assured as I handed over my partners credit card the money would be refunded when we checked out. At checkout I was informed that international refunds take TWO WEEKS because our bank is in Australia, apparently VISA is an Australian only institution. It has now been 3 weeks since we checked out of Fraser Place and the money has still NOT been returned to our credit card. NOT HAPPY, this is very poor business practices for a hotel claiming to be 4 and a half star. In terms of the hotel itself: housekeeping are fantastic they do a great job, on day 3 of our stay water started pouring through the light fitting in the bedroom. To their credit we were moved to larger room which was thankfully dry. The lifts in the building will absolutely do your head in, you will see all three lifts go up and down, past your floor and back up again without stopping for you. I must have wasted 4 hours of my holiday waiting for the stupid lifts. Being on the 16th floor I was not up for using the stairs every day. Brekky was great, location average, this place is really only near the Towers and not much else. If you want a clean room, and a refund to chase when you get home from your holiday stay at the Fraser Place.
"Ok for a short getaway"
We're 2 people who stayed here for 3D2N. Location-wise, the building by itself is pretty hidden away, might be hard for some people to find. But a short 10 mins walk away from KLCC and the nearest LRT station. Check-in was smooth. Our room was a 1-bedroom suite with it's own pantry and a small induction cooker. Can't remember if we had a microwave but point is, you can whip up your own small meal if you wanted to. The room was clean, wi-fi works. Yup, nothing bad to say about it. It all comes down to your preference for the design of the room itself. We didn't have much a view from our room though. Breakfast spread was okay and I loved that the guests had a lot of space to roam around. tldr; Good enough for a short getaway if you like the style of the rooms
"Great hotel in KL"
Everything (staff, service, breakfast, location) was perfect. The room was specious and fully equipped, though there should have been more kitchenware for 2-bedroom apartment. One pan and a frying pan is not enough for a family with two children. But anyway it was a great time spent in KL and in the hotel.
