"6D5N Stay at Fraser Suites Sydney"
The experience overall was great, with well-rounded amenities/facilities and in a superb location. The location was central, in the middle of two train stations which are well connected to most tourist destinations. The only downside was probably the fact that we were told that we had a mini bar charge on checkout, when we did not pick up any items from the mini bar. However, after some explanation, the charges were waived so all was good. But will probably expected more efficiency and accuracy on this. For me, that was the only downside. Otherwise, all was good and I will definitely recommend this to people looking for a great place to stay in Sydney CBD.
"Good Location, Friendly Staff, Beds Uncomfortable"
We stayed here for a weekend away in the city. Upon arrival, the hotel wasnt too hard to find on google maps, parking on site was a bit tight (for a seven seater vehicle) and is expensive ($45 per day) however was very convenient. We were upgraded to the 1bedroom apartment. It was roomy, with a kitchenette, separate lounge and everything was clean. They offered robes and slippers which was excellent. The apartment is starting to get a little dated, nothing bad, however was noticeable. The staff were excellent and were always willing to help. Hotel is located well, close to china town and to darling harbour The reason why I am giving 4 stars is the sleep quality wasnt the best. We found the pillows too thick and was hard to get a good nights sleep. I am sure if we stayed longer than 1 night they would have changed our pillows.
"Only stayed 1 night"
I'm not much of a traveller and this was by far the most expensive room we'd ever stayed in (disclosure we did not pay, my uncle did). It was super nice, and we enjoyed the time we spent in the room. The bed was genuinely the most comfortable I've ever slept on. View was okay, not great. Check in/out was smooth. No free breakfast option (if you can afford over $200 per night for a room, I guess you can afford breakfast too). Amenities all very nice. There was a living, study, and bedroom area. This would all be very handy for someone staying their for longer than a weekend who had to work. Probably won't stay again, because it's out of our normal price range.
"Excellent suites for both holiday and corporate"
Stayed in the one bedroom suite. Room was very modern and luxurious fittings. Lounge area big enough for 2 kids. One on the roll away bed and the other on the sofa. Fantastic views with full length glass windows. En suite was one of the best i have seen. located in the center of Sydney. 5 mins walk to QVB and 10 mins to darling harbour. Great spacious underground parking. Pool was another great attraction which had glass bottom looking into the shopping center, Huge spa pool.. Gym was state of the art. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended
"A little too expensive"
Central location, people that work here are nice, the room is big 56m2 1 bedroom suite. But the moquette was stained and the view horrible. 455 AUD per 1 night is a little too expensive in my opinion. But the staff made my stay really good so that was fine and they have a really nice gym and pool.
