We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights on our holiday there but we weren't happy with the water in the hotel at all as we didn't expect it to be salt water. Our hair and body felt so dry and rough from salt water.
"Still my fave place to stay"
Stayed here again from 12/11 - 19/11 in a poolside studio room, perfect for us as we love a pool in the sun and this time we brought our own lilo as the pool is too deep to stand in so it was great to just relax and float around. We chose not to have breakfast included in our stay but asked for a toaster for our room and made our own toast and vegemite each morning with fresh orange juice - staff are amazing at this place, they go out of their way, nothing is too much trouble. All of our fave beach sellers are opposite the Jayakarta so its just a short walk, I can't fault this place for our needs and we will be back again next time without any hesitation.
"Family holiday 2nd to none"
We travelled with a large group (30+) in Nov 2016, most of which stayed in this hotel. The 2 bedroom suite with ocean views was amazing. We lucked in with a private spa on the huge balcony. We had a small problem with hot water but once we notified staff it was rectified within the hour. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Do yourself a favour and check this place out for yourself. You will not be disappointed. We weren't. Great location, Greta hotel - great holiday. We will certainly be returning in 2017.
Don't expect cool air in your room, hot water, or free ice at this tired hotel. Location is great, staff friendly. Shower knob fell off. Very tired, need refurbishing. Feeling dissapointed😏 Towels need upgrading. Thought Furama would have upgraded
Strategically located on the main stretch of beaches between Kuta, Legian and Seminyak. Walking distance to nearby attractions, with many convenience stores around the area. Easily accessible, there is no way not to find your way around. Security was efficient, fully equipped with great facilities! We checked in at 1300hours and the room was not ready yet. So, we went to the restaurant next door, Zanzibar for lunch. Came back at 1400hours, and was given a complimentary welcome drink! First room, 201 – view was great, room is clean and tidy. However, the aircon was a bit of a disappointment. Called the reception to check on the aircon, she said she will send a technician to the room. Waited for 10 minutes, and the technician has yet to arrive. Called again as I was getting impatient and the room was getting stuffy. Still, no one came to check. Furious, Captain went down to the reception and demanded for a technician immediately. I think she demanded for a change of room, regardless of whether the aircon condition will be fixed or no as it has been an hour of waiting. The duty manager came not long after the technician arrived to fix the aircon. We packed our stuffs, and was shifted to a room with a courtyard view. The room was so much colder, and the aircon was fantastically working well. Another major setback happened at around 2200hours, when we were just chilling and watching TV. It was raining heavily and we decided to just stay in the room. To our astonishment, water starts to flood the living room, filling the sofas area. We immediately called the operator and informed them that ‘our room is flooding’. Soon, at least four housekeeping officers came and attended to the flood. They cleaned the floors, and began stacking piles of towels on one of the glass panels beside the wall, which was believed to be the source of the leak. Out of 5, I would give this hotel a score of 2, despite the fantastic view. We will come back to reside again despite the aircon and flood incident during the stay. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, the staffs were friendly, and the view is simply amazing. We look forward to better experience in our nearby visit.
