"Hotel for those who likes to get there card key reprogrammed!"
This hotel lacks the class of a 5 star hotel and it lacks charm. Our room had view over the inner court where a huge sculpture with stones in a net structure is the only thing to rest your eyes upon - not very exhilarating. The hotel has a very clean interior design that to me feels more boring than chic. The breakfast - if not included - is too expensive, and it's far better to walk outside where you will fins excellent pinxos, coffee and juice to a quarter of the price. There are also several details that would never be accepted in a 5 star hotel: not fully finished tile-fixing in the bathroom, door cards that several times during a 3-days stay stoppes working and you will have to go down to the reception to "reprogram" them.
"Amazing hotel right in front of the Guggenheim!"
Beautiful hotel with amazing design and it smelled so good everywhere! The room was perfect, big comfartble bed, and a very very nice bathroom. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We loved staying there!
its a very good hotel very close to all the attractions,we had a second floor room over looking the guggenheim museum good views of the river and the park which is very busy at the weekend. the the only criticism would be the bathroom which has a glass wall, now i have been with my wife for 30 odd years but there are some things that i like to do in private. apart from that it was a fantastic place to stay the staff are very friendly and helpfull everything spotlessly clean definatly visit again.
"Luxury Hotel with Guggenheim views"
Top quality hotel with professional staff. I paid extra for a bedroom with Guggenheim view and was glad. The location is stunning and breakfast is served in the roof top dining area with a terrace overlooking the Guggenheim. There is a good variety of delicious food available and it is a great way to start the day. The bedroom was modern, very clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The air conditioning is quiet (hooray).
"Could be easily better"
This hotel is simply not reaching the potential as it can be much better. Location is perfect. Right in front of the Guggenheim Museum. This is also lovely, when you have the breakfast outside on the terrace. Room is quite good - you find there anything you need. Bed is quite comfortable. However, the bathtub can be easily upgraded to provide better experience. The rooms are not noise-proof. So during night, if someone is returning late and loudly, you will most probably hear them walking down the corridor. Customer service. No problems. But again - a bit more smile would make miracles.
