Great hotel and very friendly staff! Always engaging and right in the heart of the River Walk. From the start, the staff made me very welcome. We Valet our car and had to have the staff hold our luggage while we finished our meetings. They graciously held our bags and greeted us with warm smiles when we came back. The room was great and the beds are cozy! Love the coffee in the room and housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping my room nice and tidy
Rooms are clean and Ruth's Chris dinner is amazing but breakfast buffet was expensive and eggs were ice cold. Don't bother eating their eggs for $20 or more per person. River walk is right outside Ruth's Chris so there is easy access to all the nightlife!

But, that said, its close to the Riverwalk, which is why you go to San Antonio. We were there for business, and i have had a problem with Hyatt recently not recognizing my account, but the front desk dealt with the problem, and solved it. That made this hotel stand out. Its a standard hotel in a convention city but the customer service made it different. There is parking but valet parking worked for e.
I keep coming to the same hotel because of many factors such as clean rooms, excellent services, and location of the hotel, I enjoy my interaction with the staff especially: Maria Garcia (business and Leisure manager ) , Pinke Williams , Judy Botello and Jennifer are wonderful people , they provide excellent services to costumers.
Really clean and crisp rooms everytime. Very close to everything, right next to the Riverwalk, excellent location, Very satisfied, Would definetly stay here again. Great customer service, very friendly staff.
