"Excellent location with great location "
As a regular traveller in Asia my expectation towards Kuala Lumpur hotel was low due to the fact that i have been in all over south Asia countries and service in 5 star hotels has been average and i wasn't looking forward to anything different in my trip to KL, but due to the location i chose this hotel I arrived around noon hotel the first impression has been good. The lobby is huge i was ushered to the reception, there was few people before me the staff at the lobby asked me to wait for receptionist to be free but the issue was that there was so many people that keep coming and was served first although i was waiting first However i never mind as i was sure that it was not the fault of the staff but some people never have a respect or consideration about others, finally someone reckoned that i was waiting and approach me asking if he could assist, check in was quick and smooth, i requested for quite comfortable room with cozy feeling, Mr. Ahmed who i think is Manager in the reception offered us good room with club access and explained to us that its good to have the experience of club access and its high floor and quit,my family insisted to take the offer and go for the upgrade, and boy it was great Mr Ahmed went great length in assisting us with the room choice and the giving us tips of dinning, Tours and shops, my family thanks Him for the advice and for the friendly service, Ahmed helped us also fix our phone problem with the Wifi and it couldn't be fixed by so many staff who referred us to him ,staff like ahmed and his humble and great smile bring business for 5 star hotels and we will definitely come back to stay in this hotel. As for the downside. The Spa need really uplift, its old and outdated.

We've been staying at this hotel, every time we celebrate New Years in malaysia.. just party in the lobby and watch people marching across the streets on New Years eve.. Happy to say its been my forth time coming here.. Some of the rooms are newly renovated, staff was nice & friendly.. room service, this hotel has THE VERY BEST ROOM SERVICES FOOD!! I'd just come nd stay here for the food and location.. Right next to pavilion and just opposite to farenheight.. most probably the best hotel with the nicest looking lobby..

this hotel is at the heart of the city, monorail is near, many shopping center are around of it. KFC , Mac Donald is near and many restaurants are around here. in front of hotel there are many taxies. breakfast time is very good and extended up to ten o clock
"Great Location to Explore Bukit Bintang with a Touch of Luxury"
Grand Millennium Hotel is situated just next to Pavilion Elite and Pavilion Shopping Mall making it a breeze to walk over (or run over in a light shower). Parking is complimentary for staying guests. There are 2 ways to enter the carpark. The first is to brave the Bukit Bintang traffic in front of Pavilion and get to the front of GMKL before turning into the car park in front or if you are coming from Jalan Sultan Ismail, keep a look out for a small lane after passing LOT 10 junction (before a Maybank) and turn right and it will lead you straight into the parking. Once you enter parking go up instead of down as Lobby is at level 4a so parking at levels 4, 4a, 5, 5a will make accessing to lobby that much easier. Check-in was a bit slow on the Saturday with at first only 3 counters open at 2pm. This is not through any fault of GMKL but customers who 1. never confirmed their reservations after purchasing from online sites and 2. not understanding what they have booked and kept asking questions for 20-30 minutes holding up others waiting to check-in. Later a 4th counter opened and I managed to check-in. My check-in only took about 5 minutes with the other 2 counters still being held up by ignorant customers. Attended by Ms Jojo who was a pleasure to deal with and was assigned room 1154. 1154 is a corner room with King Bed, separate shower and bathtub and because of the slanted view we faced the lights of the Bukit Bintang's various shopping malls able to see Pavilion, JW Marriot, Westin, Farenheit 88 etc. Room was clean and wi-fi was excellent. Amenities are complete with even dental kits provided. There are 5 lifts to the 4 which are standard and a 5th which you have to press separately and is a bubble lift that starts to climb from inside the lobby and after that rises outside the building for an awesome view! Breakfast was diverse and service was very prompt. Food quality is on par in not better than outlets in similar hotels (excluding those with champagne breakfasts). Like the nasi lemak which was not toned down for foreign guests, pastry choices abound with vegetarian options, miso soup, chicken noodles, salads etc to name a few. Juices were fresh and in bottles which you pour out from and you can even request for cappucino or latte from the service staff which is free and included in the breakfast price. The swimming pool is located on 3rd floor and is lagoon style with depths up to 5 feet which is rare in hotels now (due to new regulations most are capped at 4 feet) If only it a small place allocated for jacuzzi jets it would have been even better. Overall it was a very relaxing stay for myself and my children.
LOCATION IS AMAZING. We stayed here in the month of march for 7 days and they were amazing. The staff are so kind and helpful and they were always checking up to see if we needed anything. As it was our honeymoon we were treated very nicely. The food in the hotel is delicious and quite generous. I highly recommend this hotel.
