"Good location, spacious rooms"
The location of the hotel is good for some downtime away from the busy city centre. Rooms are also larger than normal. Staff were also very friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were cleaned well and fairly quickly. A 24-hour convenience store is located right outside the hotel. There are many buses that stop right in front of the hotel (2nd floor). Although there is a fee for them, but it provides great convenience to get to certain places (Tokyo Skytree, Shinagwa/Tamachi station, etc). The hotel provides the full bus schedule which makes it is easy to plan the day. It does cost more to book a room with the view of the bay/rainbow bridge. While we didn't pay extra for a room with a view, we got lucky and had our room overlooking the bay. There is no need to eat at the expensive restaurants within the hotel as there are plenty of malls in the Odaiba area. The hotel is located right between Diver City and Aqua City. Also, Daiba station is just a few minutes walk away making it easy to take public transportation to other areas.
"Great location, comfortable modern hotel"
We stayed here for two nights in December 2016 (family of four with two teenage girls). We had one room with 4 singe beds lined up in a row. Room was comfortable and nicely-furnished. The location of the hotel is great, right next to a train station (pubic transport in Tokyo is superb if pricey - given that that the different train lines are run by different companies and require different tickets), with views over the Rainbow Bridge and a slightly surreal imitation of the Statue of Liberty, and near a couple of large shopping malls. We ate at the hotel both nights - food was fine if a bit pricey, but be careful if you have any vegetarians in your party (we had two) - veggie food can be tricky to find in Tokyo and the restaurants in the hotel are no exception (even the tofu dishes are generally cooked in pork broth). We would definitely stay here again, all the same.
"Great views and close to Haneda"
Had one night stop over in Tokyo so needed a nice Hotel close to the airport for a good nights sleep. The Hotel has some great views over Tokyo Bay and a nice high level bar and restaurant to enjoy the views. Rooms very reasonable considering how packed Tokyo can be and it's close enough to train lines for reasonable access to the rest of Tokyo but don't expect to be in the middle of the action so to speak. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
"Nice hotel but a lot to work on"
The hotel was nice and the room were very clean and a good size for Tokyo. The location was okay, but it is a little bit far off of the center of Tokyo. The staff was overall pretty rude and not helpful. At the reception the receptionist did not smile once until i paid the bill. When i needed some information, the staff was unable to help me out, since nobody could understand english. This is a problem for an international hotel. Also I find it ridiculous to have to pay 1080 yen (about 10 dollars) to use the indoor hotel pool as a hotel guest. I travel a lot and have never seen anything like this before. Will chose a different hotel the next time I come back to Tokyo
Having arrived early I took a trip up to Asakusa on the boat with is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast I had each morning at a local coffee shop which was excellent. I was there for a week and each day the room was made up to an excellent standard. Had an evening meal event in the hotel at the end of the stay and food was excellent. Can not fault the hotel at all. Would stay again.
