"Weekend of hell"
We booked 1 night stay but week few days prior we decided to extend our stay When checking in they said 1 night no I said 2 The room was not what I paid for and found the following morning we were on the depart list of the house keeping Spoke to the manager and was upgraded to the newly club room for second night Oh my god room was not good leeks and a socket hanging of the room Along with plumbing issues with the hotel system didn't get to sleep till 2 am Then back up at 5am with again people flushing looks empty sinks If you go there demand the top floor Positive note the breakfast was amazing and location near to underground and opposite Hyde park There are plenty of places to eat
"Great Service Location and all the rest"
This is simply an amazing place. Spent 3 night with my wife. The rooms are small but the rest is big. Amazing building, great breakfast, very clean, free fast internet, just against the Hyde Park, transportation to everywhere.... But still this is nothing compared with the service. These guys knows how to treat a client and the true meaning of the term "At your service...with a smile". Mr. Ankur Sehgal, Mr. Hiram Bhanushali and the rest of the team you are simply amazing. We will definitely be back....
"Every Fabulous Hotel needs a Razvan!"
This was my second stay in this beautiful place. We enjoyed to stay here and definitely recommend it. Please bear in mind rooms are small even club ones, however, our room was cosy, comfortable and simply beautiful. Customer service was perfect in any aspects . Razvan who is day receptionist was so warm, welcoming and definitely he was one of the best receptionist you can meet in London. Also night shift guys was so nice and helpful as well especially the Indian guy.(sadly I forgot his name) We stayed there on Sunday and as my partner had to work remotely on Monday we seated in the main hall after check out for couple of hours and we haven't feel awkward or unwanted at all. Wifi was so fast as well. I am really thankful to the management for caring about their customers and having happy productive staffs.
"Wonderful location and staff!!"
Great location, just a minutes walk from Queensway tube which gets you everywhere in London! A few minutes walk to Kensington Palace and gardens (Hyde park is also close). The staff here deserve 5 stars - wonderful service, very friendly and helpful with directions or any questions. The only "issue" is the room/bed size, which is quite shockingly small (especially because its called a superior room) - but because of the other great points, you get used to the size. I will be staying here again (but pay the extra for a bigger room) and would highly recommend (just be prepared for the fact the rooms are small) as the location and staff are both excellent
"The Embodiment of Old World Elegance!"
We just left this charming hotel after a one week stay. As our car service pulled up the first day, there was very noisy construction on the street immediately in the front. We thought "oh no" but this was completed by the next day. We arrived after several hours of international traveling before the check in time; however the staff were very welcoming and polite. The lobby is true to form as the pictures on their website. The room was quite small compared to US or Asia. The mattress is on the hard side and not very plush. However, those were our only negatives. The daily breakfast buffet offers a nice range of choices (Please consider adding hot cereals i.e. Oatmeal etc). The rooms are cleaned extremely well. The Staff are all helpful. The location is also great for getting around London. There are many restaurants in the area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
