Room and facilities are ok. Breakfast ridiculously prices and average at best. Starbucks and supermarket across the street is another option. Staff is helpful and assists with Taxi and directions. Elevators are slow and the bottle-neck of the hotel with long wait at peak hours.
"Great harbour view & fantastic location"
We stayed here for 9 nights & they upgraded us to the 32nd floor with great harbour view & free Wifi with excellent reception. The hotel is well located, only a min walk to the Quarry Bay MTR station, tram & bus station. The A12 Bus from airport stops right infront of the hotel for HKS45.00 (A$8.00) one way or Taxi from airport to hotel approx HK$350 ( A$60.00) for an hour journey. There is also a free shuttle bus service from the hotel to Causeway Bay ( shopping area) & also Airport express to HK station in central. Our room 3201 was very spacious by HK standards, very quiet & very clean. It has everything you need including safe box, tea & coffee making facilities., a big wardrobe to hang your clothes, slippers, bath robes & complementry 2 bottles of water each day & even had a weighting scale! Staff are very friendly & helpful with questions.
"Decent stay and value"
Chose this place for Business, its away from central Honk Kong, but the hotel itself is very close to Quarry Bay station, and is well connected with buses and taxis as well. Everything was good, restaurant was good with variety of food. The front desk accommodated by 1 hour early check-in. Room was good and spacious. Just a bit service with smile would be great, not complaining though. It was winter, so the pool was dried up and closed, but who wants to freeze of in an open pool anyways :) Live music (English :)) at the bar was good! Enjoyed the stay overall!
"Extremely poor customer service"
The hotel does not care about customer satisfaction at all. Due to the sickness in the family, I had to change the stay dates with my original reservation. Sure the reservation had a no-cancellation policy but I was not canceling the reservation or asking for a refund. I simply asked to move the dates around. In fact, I did not ask for a refund even though my new stay had fewer days. I was even willing to pay a "change fee". But the hotel reservationists were totally inflexible. So I lost over $1,000 USD on this. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and always been able to change dates without any trouble. It is not like the hotel was full with the dates I requested. This is ridiculous. I will never stay in this hotel again.
"Good value for money, not too far from the centre"
A bit far from the central, but near to the metro station, the hotel offers nice and big rooms for reasonable price (it's a big achievement in HK). The gym is little, but usable. The rooms are clean. Staff is nice.
