Is a fine hotel and offers you a lot of value against a competitive price. Rooms are well equipped not to big, but big for HK. The pool and the gym are fantastic. You don't have wifi in the rooms that is a minus. You do have free wifi in the park next to the hotel.Comment of D. Marco , Netherlands the 2016-01-19
"The towers that deliver"
I choose this hotel because it had a promotion and not its location. We arrived via the MTR and Light Rail at Ginza stop. If you don't have to many heavy bags it's so easy by metro. You arrive at Ginza via the 751 or 706 make sure it's the right direction light rail as it only 5 mins ride. When you get its just practically off the light rail and just walk into the hotel lobby fantastic. There is 2 tower blocks of accommodations and its obviously serves as a place for the Disneyland and tours of Hong Kong and there is a lot of people here but we were welcomed by the front desk with smiles and happy attitudes. There is a very mall next door which does cater for everyone even a betting shop which seems to be popular. The hotel has lovely huge rooms and are type with a kitchenette but we never found any pots and pans. The view from the 21st floor was great of the night life around Ginza. The also have a great restaurant which is reflected in the price of the meal so have deep pockets it has to match. The non smoking room has furniture which is a bit worn but all very functional. Beds were great and hugh and the bedding was nice and warm. You have the usual, safe, towels, coat hangers etc. But it had the best was that "handy" it's a phone that you can make local calls with and take out with you and use and have unlimited Internet access "great idea" you can also use it in your room as a hot spot and surf your on devices via the "handy". For serious user that wants to use their own wireless router or plug into a cable in their laptop there is one there on the wall but there will be charge for this service. The breakfast was varied and lots of good buffet food. There is also a shuttle service to and from the airport which priced reasonably. I liked this hotel and the way it's run and it's openess, and already have plans to visit again by the end of the year.
Traveled to the Harbour plaza resort city on new years day from England very pleasant hotel staff at reception and consierge very helpful and speak good English.we had a room on the 27th floor with views of the park.room is spacious with fridge And kettle and free safe wi fi is a bit expensive at $120 Hong Kong doller a day . We stayed in plaza1 and had to walk over to plaza2 to get our breakfast of a morning cost of $60per person it is a help yourself buffy breakfast and in my opinion worth the money . The hotel is ideally situated by the bus terminal and tram stops . There is a couple of shopping malls right next door with a couple of eateries' but nothing special had a nice relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle and noise of Hong Kong island with the hotel situated about an hour away from Hong Kong by bus and half an hour away by train
"Great value for money"
The hotel is in New Territories, quite far from the center but the light rail station (Ginza) is just outside the hotel and provides an easy access to the rest of HK via links to the MTR (Tin Shui Wai station). My room was on 27th floor, very comfortable, spacious and tidy. It came with a small kitchenette area (hot plates, microwave, fridge/freezer) The staff at the reception, the concierge and room cleaners were all very friendly and willing to help. There are many eateries around the hotel, in the shopping mall. There is also a nice park close to the hotel as well as sport facilities. Should I visit HK again, I will only stay in this hotel. :)
"Very modern, good sized room. Right near a large shopping mall."
Far from town -- but very accessible by bus (straight from the airport). Very short walk from the bus stop. Right near a large shopping mall (with a multiplex cinema). Good gym. Right near a sports park. Staff very friendly. All the amenities. Wifi excellent. Great breakfast buffet (excellent, varied selection). Weird that it had cooking facilities, but no pots or pans (bring your own''')
The hotel seems to be ok, rooms are pretty spacious and comes with a very small cooking area, no plates or anything, so it seems pointless. There are 4 lifts in the main lobby area., the lift on the left only goes to certain floors 23-28 i think, the ones on the right go to all floors, When the Mainland Chinese arrive its a nightmare trying to get near the lift area, they will even block up the lift areas and dont want to let you get to the lift they cannot use. So when you are trying to get to the lift with a Child in a buggy, they dont care and will not want to get out the way, They will stampede into the lift you are trying to get out of,with a buggy or not, no manners and zero concern for anybody else, Feel sorry for the staff who get this every day. I dont think it is a good place to bring children be ause of this. Maybe crowd control is required by the Hotel
