Is a fine hotel and offers you a lot of value against a competitive price. Rooms are well equipped not to big, but big for HK. The pool and the gym are fantastic. You don't have wifi in the rooms that is a minus. You do have free wifi in the park next to the hotel.Comment of D. Marco , Netherlands the 2016-01-19

"Large room very toddler friendly "
Booked this hotel as my family live in the new territories and on this visit to Hk we could not stay in our family apartment. This was a really good choice for us and our 16month toddler. The location was great, we have never been to this area before and was really impressed with the great park behind the hotel (excellent children's playgrounds/beautiful Lake complete with koi fish and turtles/morning tai chi) and a huge shopping centre which is literally next to the hotel. We chose to get the bus to the hotel (A37) which cost only $27.7 to the hotel, it arrives literally around the corner from the hotel and is really convenient. The shopping centres next to the hotel have lots of local shops and great cafes/restaurants so it's worth checking out. My family live in Fanling so rather than getting the MTR we would get a taxi to sheung shui train station and then the KCR this was much quicker and convenient. The customer service at the hotel was ok, nothing outstanding but helpful. The room and furniture itself was a little tired but huge! The fridge freezer and microwave was perfect for us. The size was perfect and never felt cramped like we would in other hotels in central hk. Overall a very happy stay.
"Loved our upgrade!"
Family travelling with 2 small children booked a deluxe room but were happily surprised to be upgraded upon check inwhich was FAST, friendly and efficient. OUr room was HUGE! WE had a big fridge, a microwave, a stove (no pots though) and a kettle. It was a great place for us to relax after a day of sightseeing. Also my husband loved the in room handheld device as it allowed us to have wifi access outside of the hotel an was very fast and efficient! We loved the size of the room, the friendliness of the staff and the availability of elevators. They happily met all our requests in a friendly manner! It was very convenient that the Ginza stop which takes you to Tin Shui Wai MTR is right across the street. Also the mall is above a great shopping mall which houses a very big supermarket and several restaurants. The shower was great and had good water pressure and can wash and hang clothes to dry. All amenities are provided. Only disappointment was that the bed was a bit firmer than we like but it was good for our 3 night stay in the area. The taxi ride from the airport was about HK $363 or so. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again on our future trips to HK. Family friendly and at a reasonable price.
"Great Stay with Inconsistent Customer Service"
Spent a weekend night here and the stay was wonderful. The linens are clean and the room was in good shape in general. The lack of dedicated shampoo/conditioner/bodywash was a bit strange for a hotel of this size. Also, there were some issues with the check in. The first person who helped us check in claimed that there were no double sized bed non smoking rooms. The choice was between two single bed in a non smoking room or a double bed in a smoking room. We decided to go with the two single beds, but then changed our minds moments after receiving the key. Another person helping us check in ended up switching us to a double bed non smoking room. It was a bit strange that there was inconsistent information between the two people who helped us check in. I will say that the second person who helped us went above and beyond.
"Under-Rated...but a stand-out!"
I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. There are many branches of this hotel in different areas of Hong Kong. With my partner we have chosen the New Territories, Hong Kong, Harbour Plaza Resort City, most of the travelers will not choose this because they think it might be far from the skyscrapers typical Hong Kong skyline...but mtr, light-trail, buses were pretty much available because this hotel is just in front of the light-trail station linked to all metro lines. From the airport it is actually 40 minutes away but hotel shuttle buses are available, when you arrive at the airport go to Arrival exit B and look for desk B05 and an assistant will entertain and guide you on what to do to avail the shuttle bus going to the hotel in a very affordable price of 100 HK dollars per person or you can take airport express if you will take the risk of traveling for the first and might get lost. The lobby area of the hotel is wide but not much of a sofa to really relax while waiting to check-in or check-out. The restaurant and cafeteria is fine but I suggest better have your meals especially breakfast outside the hotel. Since the hotel is connected with an average size shopping mall, trying different food from different authentic Hong Kong cuisine are available, KFC, McDonalds, 7Eleven, Kmart and other clothing shops can be found in this two towers linked to the hotel. We found an affordable and amazing breakfast restaurant inside this mall, for just around 30HK dollar you have set meals for breakfast that includes coffee or tea. The hotel is surrounded by a nice park with local residents enjoying the relaxing vibe away from the busy streets of Central, Wanchai and other parts of Hong Kong. For families who wants to be closer to Disneyland this is perfect affordable accommodation shuttle buses are available going to Disneyland and as well as other tourist attractions. The rooms are really spacious compared to other hotels in Hong Kong Island, the furniture were a bit tacky but I cannot complain more coz it is still clean and they careful replenish the supplies like toiletries, coffee, tea, water and other stuff. The staffs were friendly and helpful but some of them the English accent and pronunciation were difficult to understand, i suggest ask for clarification as always. Maps and Travel guide pamphlets are available as well, By the way if you want to travel to Macau, you don't have to go to pier in Hong Kong because there's a pier nearby it is just like 16 to 30 minutes away from the hotel and will simply cost you 100 to 110 HK Dollars by taxi, just in front of the hotel. It was under-rated but for me it is still a stand-out despite of some downfall. If I will be back to Hong Kong I will still consider staying in this hotel and I will recommend it to others as well.
