The Hard Rock Las Vegas is a great hotel. It's a little bit off the strip so it's a bit quieter, but still close enough to easily get to everything. Overall, I really enjoyed it.Comment of W. Eric , United States the 2015-12-29
Great memoribilia at this hotel. Good experience, loved the pink taco restaurant.Comment of H. Anita , United States the 2015-12-15
Ansonsten top!Comment of S. Johannes , Germany the 2015-10-24

"Could do more for guests "
The hotel is a buzz with activity. Everything is 24 hours open! The rooms are clean. But hard rock theme wise very spartan. The a/c took forever to kick in. The bathrooms don't have working exhaust vents. Inspite of resort fees there are no coffee/tea machines or kettles in the room. Even wine glass requests come at a price of $4 All in all. Good for partying. But could do better for leisure.
After a few trips to Las Vegas I was always trying to find a time to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel - mainly the reason for not was that the prices were higher than other four star properties in Vegas. This month I got to spend two nights in one of the HRH suites at a very affordable midweek rate of about $100 per night on a last minute booking. The hotel is slightly off-strip being positioned just behind the Planet Hollywood. It would be about a 10-15 minute walk to the strip as it was about 0.75 miles. An Uber to the hotel from the airport was about $8 and an Uber to pretty much anywhere on the strip was about $6. The property when arriving seemed very quiet and we were able to walk up to the main check-in desk and be checked-in immediately at 9pm at night. The service was very friendly and efficient and I was given a suite on the third floor. The agent gave us instructions on how to get to our rooms and we nodded in agreement not taking in the information. Although the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing to start but thanks to a really helpful floor staff member we were sent in the right direction. There is also separate entrances and check in desks available for those staying in the HRH suites which may be a speedier way to check in during busy weekend periods. The suite I stayed in was large and bright. The furniture and bathroom was exceptionally clean and of a very high standard. The suite came with a large shower and super deep tub. Some really cool features was the central console for playing music and also ordering room service. In room items included alcohol and snacks - however these were very overpriced - the store on the ground floor offered better value. There was a few minor issues with the rooms which did not affect my stay in a major way - these were; - A light bulb not working - The main door did not have a brush strip. This caused a rush of air under the door as other suite main doors did not seem to have this problem. This made a constant and rather loud din sound which was easily stopped by using the blanket. - I spotted one single and exceptionally small cockroach in my bathroom. Again the hotel room was very clean and there was not many places for anything to hide. Usually I would unleash a girly scream rather loudly. But it was so small I was able to deal with the creature myself. I actually emailed the hotel about these issues. Not to complain but just so they were aware and did not expect any remedy or even a reply. But I did receive a rather speedy response with a kind gesture to refund the resort charges on the room which really wasn't expected. Either way I intended to give the full five out of five rating. The hotel mid week seemed very quiet, but I was checking out on a Friday and it seemed to be picking up somewhat. Based on my stay here even with the very minor issues I would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact my flight was delayed 23hrs and I had to book an overnight stay at a hotel. I really wanted to book here again but my travel companions wanted to stay at the Linq where they had stayed the last time in Las Vegas. Unfortunately we went with their choice and I think they wish they had gone back to the HRH.
We stayed here to celebrate two 30th birthdays. The hotel accommodated us in two room upgrades. The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The happy hour was great at the Casino bar. The rehab pool party was a fab way to kick off the start of our holiday. Worth getting a bed- at $300- which is then used toward the cost of your food and drink. if you are in a group you will easily spend it on drinks and food. The hotel is a walk to the strip- about 15-20minutes or grab a taxi it's as easy. The hotel fuel bar was good to get a quick breakfast but Dunkin do its across the road do breakfast things at a cheaper cost.
"Very family friendly"
Definitely a place to go if you want to eat out with your kids. Staff are super friendly and the menu is pretty large and reasonable. Lunchtime specials also. Week day lunchtime you will find this is a hive of young Mum's and babies.
"Solid 7 out of 10"
Stay here for 6 nights in the paradise tower. Rooms where fine bed was excellent. It's a fair walk to the strip but I'd no problem with that. Casino staff where all friendly especially the poker room team. Good value for money
