"A Quick Getaway"
The overall experience was very good. The hotel staff is very welcoming. If you go there and you eat in the restaurant on the sixth floor ask for Arlene for your server. She makes you feel at home. At night we recommend ending it with a cocktail in the bar. There Ryan the bartender will greet you and it will only get better from that point on. The room is clean and the views are nice. My only complaint would be that included in the Spa Package is beach chairs and towels on the beach. However when you get to the beach the staff tells you that if you would like an umbrella it would cost an additional $20.00. Although not a lot of money I thought it was extreamly petty on the part of the Hotel

Cathy from valet was my first impression and she was great! She remembered my name the duration of my stay and always had a smile. I've travelled across the world and it's the people that make the difference not the hotel type, name brand or floor you stay on. Thanks Cathy for making our stay special here at the Hilton.
We stayed there recently post hurricane Matthew, and we had an excellent stay. All the staff we encountered were warm, friendly, and accommodating. We got bumped up from two twins to a king suite via a gold status complementary upgrade! The room was perfect and we could always text the staff when we wanted the room cleaned...and they listened every time! Had to push a little bit to get a late checkout, but the lady at the front made it complementary after requesting her to check again. Overall a great stay and fantastic location and great staff!

Booked this through the net, did not know it was Hilton Booking said Residence Club What a pleasant surprice Though we were not Hilton guests we were almost treated like one Short walk to the beach, great pool - but the luxury room was just wonderful Vallet parking was nice but costly
"Great Beach Location"
I've stayed twice at the Hilton Beach Resort, and both times I left extremely pleased with the accommodations. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the resort is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and a CVS.
