"A great option in Frankfurt."
I enjoy my stays at this hotel tremendously. It's very clean and the staff is one of the best. Everyone is so professional it gives the impression they are all part of some management training program where they must work in all areas to learn the business. The lobby is very nice with its glass elevators and natural lighting. If you're staying on a high floor, you're treated to a view of the Frankfurt skyline with each ride. Although I've already mentioned this hotel is clean, when riding the elevator I always marvel and wonder how much effort must go into keeping it clean. I've yet to see any dirt anywhere including the hard to reach places. As for the rooms, there are very comfortable. The bed is very welcoming and the climate is quite nice. The television has a good selection of German and English programming. The bathrooms are generous in size and feature a tub as well as an oversized shower with above average water pressure and a detachable shower head. The location is one of the best in Frankfurt. Unlike some other hotels claiming to be in the city center, this one actually is. It's a short walk down a nice cobble stoned street to the Hauptwache U-Bahn station and the Zeil shopping area. It's also a great location for the city's other attractions like the river, Römer, Alte Oper and everything else. Beware of other hotels that are lower price in the city center. These hotels are probably near in the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) area, which isn't a pleasant area to walk around in. There's open drug use with needles and other unpleasantness around. You won't have this problem at the Hilton. It's in a really nice part of town. If you are a Hilton Gold member and this hotel is in your price range, stop reading and book this hotel now. The included breakfast at this hotel is great and the room upgrade is nice when available. The executive level is a nice addition and sets this hotel apart from others. Even if you're not Gold, I would recommend this hotel if it's in your price range for its quality and location as well as the other things mentioned above.
"Mediocre business hotel"
Very average, somewhat dated business hotel. Check-in before 3pm costs 50 euros. Basic breakfast price is 27-33 euros depending on whether you prepay. Internet is unreliable even for basic email and web surfing.
"worst Hilton in 25 years"
watch out for this property you book a room with their choose your room program and it is a classic bate and switch then 50 euro to check in early then 33 for a fare buffet and 4.75 euro for a small glass of tap water and they do all of this with a smile worst Hilton in 25 years to use the remote the people tell you to slam it into your hand too much trouble to bring you another one. $4.95 for each cup of coffee stay away from this property and they charged me 50,000 points per night
The hotel and staff were really nice! the food was really good! you should try the rack of lamb! they had a good selection of wine at the restaurant. And at the bar i recommend the Moscow mule. Anna and Sven really made our stay a great success
"Good location but no value for money!"
The location is fabulous and that's all there is good at the Hilton sadly.. For the price of rooms, the services don't match up. It doesn't even have bathroom slippers or wifi in the rooms !!!! Even the basic hotels in Asia offer this! They are quite rigid on checkout times and are ready to levy a charge at the drop of a hat! I had a seminar here and there was no wifi in the meeting room.. The front desk staff was helpful but they couldn't do much.. I wouldn't Vidur it again
