"Reasonable stay, parts in the hotel need serious attention"
2nd time I stayed there, business reasons. Overall nice room, mostly clean, signs of wear in the bathroom were visible. Also, the windows and balcony door frame was not clean - I did not bother, did it myself. I also noticed visible dirt in the laundry room where all of the cabinets and sinks need serious attention as well as replacement of the ironing board and the irons themselves!!!!!! this is not a student hostel for god's sake!!! The bar and evening restaurant rather expensive for the small portions offered, I did not make the mistake to dine more than once. Breakfast is missing variety. Generally reasonable stay, disappointing bits for the brand's name very obvious.
"Very good hotel - good base to explore Milan"
We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is very new and everything was in good condition. The decor is smart, the rooms are really nice: decent size and well furnished. The bed very comfortable. Five stars for all that. The service was pretty good. The staff were all very friendly and mostly spoke good enough English. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Cold meats and cheese, cereals, various breads, croissants and a toasting machine. Waffle maker. Fruit and yoghurt. Eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes (warm, not hot). The dinner menu was limited, not cheap and not very inspiring. I wouldn't recommend eating dinner there. The hotel is in a residential area about 50m from a main road, with some light industrial units around it. There are a few workaday shops on the main road - a couple of bakers for the cake lovers and a gelateria - bit of energy after slogging round Milan - but not much else. No restaurants that we could see. The Metro stop Vila San Giovanni (red line) is right there and that takes you direct to San Babila (Gucci, Prada etc). the Duomo (for the Duomo) and Cadorna (Last Supper, the Castello Sforzsesco and the Churches of San Ambrogia and San Maurizio). So, it's handy for getting in and out. So: a very good hotel as a base for exploring Milan, but maybe eat before you return in the evening.
"Overnight Stay in Milan"
We stayed here for overnight and everything is great. Free shuttle service is available for airport pick up and drop off and this will operate on hourly basis which need to be booked few days prior to arrival. On arrival, we were briefed about the room, facilities and breakfast with the timing. Room is specious for a couple, comfortable bed. Team members are always welcome and very helpful. This is a great place to stay for overnight or before your flight as the hotel located around 20 minutes drive away from the airport.
The hotel was not so clean...the chambermaid didn't put new sampoo and bubble bath..we didin t have the comforts to take a bath because of that. The service was very kind and willing to serve you any time..
"Really great base for Milan"
Really enjoyed my 4 night stay here. Had a points plus cash redemption as a diamond member and was upgraded to a deluxe room on the 6th floor with a lovely balcony. Rooms very clean and hotel is located about 3 minutes walk from the Villa San Giovanni metro line, about 15 minutes ride from Duomo on the M1 line. Breakfast plentiful and again included as Hilton Honors diamond benefit. Parking secure and underground and was not added to my bill (contradictory to the charge listed on the website). Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Milan, the Metro is great, very cheap and felt safe at all hours
