"Great Quality hotel"
Good position, lovely rooms - very spacious. Good food and great service. All the staff were extremely helpful even telling us which bus number and where the bus stop was to get to our site seeing places. Nice foyer area. I really recommend this hotel.

I stay here regularly for both business and pleasure. I am always impressed with the welcome, cleanliness, comfort and quality of all they offer. The executive lounge offer breakfast that allows you to get away from the hurly burly of the main dinning room, the only negative perspective that I have of any facet of the hotel. However dinning in the evening is exquisite. Also the executive lounge offers afternoon tea at the weekend and then nibbles and drinks each evening, all complimentary. Best of all they have reversed the trend of no longer offering spirits there; by offering them once more. This is a real positive in my book and I hope that it spreads further afield. I feel that I must also mention the concierge team who are a great point of contact when first entering the hotel, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Then the receptionists at the front desk are all excellent and once more create the right impression. It is a hotel that I never tire of visiting and if all Hiltons functioned at this level, far fewer business travellers would defect to other hotel groups. Thank you Glasgow and keep up the good work.
Had a wonderful stay at the Hilton,room was lovely and the staff were fantastic.wonderful spa,would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.only downside is that the parking is very limited.breakfast was lovely
"Great comfortable hotel"
Stayed at the Hilton Glasgow on business.Room was comfortable,clean and with free wifi,in room coffee and tea and great channel selection on a wide screen tv.most impressive of my stay was the excellent staff who went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.Minor food issues were quickly rectified.The restaurant in the hotel has an excellent seafood selection and a very accommodating staff.I left with a very nice memory of my stay and felt well catered to.

I stayed here with my mother and was surprised of the state and standards of the hotel. It is nothing like any other Hilton hotel. The rooms are freezing and out dated. The shower has the weakest water pressure taking ages to shower. The hotel is in a poor state. The floors are dirty and the furniture are stained. We went to the "spa" to use the sauna since our room was freezing and swiftly turned back. It was disgusting and we were given towels with stains on them. When I showed the dirty towels to the receptionist he just said ops yes they are a bit dirty I give you new ones. Yuck!
