I've just returned from a 7 night business stay at the Hilton Miraflores. This was my 3rd business visit to the hotel chosen for its proximity and quiet location. It's nice having the option to take a quiet walk through the Mirflores neighborhoods or to the Larcomar coomplex to shop or eat. On this occasion my colleague experienced a slight medical emergency and the Hilton staff responded quickly and efficiently and accompanied us on the ambulance to the clinic, the doctor for treatment and back to the hotel. Thank goodness everything worked out fine and Christopher's involvement and presence was a huge help. The management team, Sunday Social staff and the team in the executive lounge were always helpful, friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Lastly I would be remiss to not mention Ruben at the door. His warm, congenial attitude was a treat during my last visit and when I informed him I was trying to improve my language skills he worked me every time I entered the door. He was on vacation the first part of this trip but was out front on Wednesday as I returned from working. From a block away he recognized me, threw me a big smile and welcomed me back with a hearty handshake and a big hug. Traveling and spending time away from family is tough. Having a "family" abroad that looks out for you, welcomes you back warmly, even after several months, and makes you feel at home is a treasure. There is only one hotel for me in Lima and it is the Hilton Miraflores.
"Great service and location"
I recently had to stay in Lima for a business trip where I usually stay in other brands that were not available at the time. First time in this Hilton property and was a very pleasant surprise. Good location near business areas, restaurants, shopping malls, but what really set this one apart of many other hotels is it's staff. Benjamin goes above and beyond on welcoming guests, making sure everyone gets white glove treatment. Food is excellent if you have to dine in on the on-property restaurants, and great rooms for a good night rest. No SPA and small pool, but great option for business and vacation as well.

The hotel property is very nice and new, the service is very good, and the event team is amazing. Creativity and attention of all the details and catering of the events team is excellent. Congratulations to all of you!
We stayed here 3 nights and stayed on the executive floor. Great modern room with a large bathroom. Highly recommend this upgrade as the rooms are on a higher floor with access to a really nice cozy lounge where you can eat breakfast and a light lunch and dinner as part of the room price. From 6pm there is free flowing soft and alcoholic drinks, all good quality such as Bombay Safire and black label on offer. The staff are fantastic, especially Fernando and Selene in the exec lounge who were outstanding. Plenty of dining options all around the hotel. The gym is good, and overlooks the city. Our flight was delayed by 24hrs and we had to move to the crowne plaza as Hilton were fully booked. This was a massive disappointment, as that hotel was no where near the quality of the Hilton and it was more expensive. We will be back and stay at the Hilton again.
"Very good "
This hotel offers all what you'd expect from the Hilton chain. Large comfortable rooms with all the amenities, welcoming reception area, good location in Miraflores. But there is no "little extra" to make it memorable or an absolute must. In addition, the breakfast on a Sunday morning (couldn't tell if it's the same every day of the week) is a sort of "choose from the trolley" affair, a bit intimidating compared to an actual buffet breakfast. You have to tell the waiter what you'd like, the selection on the trolley is not that great, and you'd have to request the trolley for seconds... The lunch we had at that same restaurant was quite good but they don't actually offer normal mineral water. The only local water on their menu is a sort of designer salty water that's actually undrinkable (like a fizzy water that's lost its fizz!). It would be a good idea to have good old normal mineral water, even if it isn't that trendy!
