Great location and extremely helpful staff. I arrived with my young son at 10am hoping to leave our luggage before check in but they had our room ready! Room bit tired and noise from corridor, with people walking on creaky floors. Also could hear people talking through wall. We had a great stay anyway. we
This was one of the brands in which I normally trust. The decor is tired. Lighting in dining area was so bad I couldn't see my food. The food was good though considering we ate in the dark. Mouldy bathroom, very very creaky king size bed. Extremely expensive. Good location, but do not pay extra for a descent room, it didn't look like you would get one. The staff and food are perfect (with the exception of waitress who wouldn't replace our candle - I'd tell you her name but it was so dark I couldn't read it. Find another hotel, you will I promise get better value at say the Waldorf Hilton or similar around Piccadilly. Not a great expirence. I would know I probably stay in hotels around the uk perhaps up to four nights a week.
"Great location for the West End"
Great location for the West End close to Green Park tube, Staff are nice and friendly rooms are clean and in reasonable condition for a busy central London hotel (bit tatty in places but OK). Basic in room facilities, no biccy's which is a sin for anything other than Premier Inn type in the UK in my book.
"great location. rooms are just ok"
this hotel is really well located. nice staff and decent size room. though not much amenities and room needs some renovations.wireless lnternet is also available in the room. decent value for the price.
The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, their suggestions for teas were spot on, food was very good, only 1 small issue the fruit scone was slightly undercooked, but everything else was lovely. Would recommend and go again.
