Great location with plenty of parking within easy reach of the hotel. Ample nightlife around the hotel and surrounding area but once inside you are quickly away from the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city. Check in is easy and prompt, exceptional swift service from the team and my request for a taxi to be available 20mins after checking in was swiftly arranged. Rooms all offer views due to the nature of the hotel design. Ample beds and modern fresh feeling throughout. Will be returning very soon.
"Best thing is the view"
Views of the Manchester Panorama are brilliant. This didn't feel like 4 star service, maybe because of the building guests are taken for granted. When we arrived early evening the downstairs bar was closed. After a night out we returned early hours and In understand that staff cannot serve food and drink all night but we were refused room service as it was too late and the only food that we could get was dominos pizza delivered in and we were told to phone to book it ourselves. Be a little more imaginative Hilton; if customers want something, say yes and charge the right price. Also, the way we were refused was very condescending with not a hint of apology. Don't forget you need to feel like you're lucky to be staying at the Manchester Hilton.
Not much information provided upon arrival but overall great hotel with excellent views of manchester, would definitely stay here again, local cinemas an restaurants all within walking distance of this hotel

All facilities were top notch and service extremely good Disappointed with not availability of car parking, but the car park adjacent was convenient Convenient for the city centre, Randall centre and the restaurants

Hotel is shabby, fixtures and furniture are showing serious signs of wear and tear - but far more concerning is the housekeeping of lack of it. Bathroom flooded as the sink was blocked got back that evening and assumed all was well as there was no water in the sink - turned the water on and it was still blocked meaning not only hadn't it been fixed it hadn't been cleaned as if the maid had at least turned the water on she would have noticed the blockage. If they can't clean the sinks i have to question if they actually clean the toilets, or change the sheets between guests (I'd rather not even consider that). To be fair the duty manager was genuinely (I think) apologetic and didn't even try and make excuses - but nothing she could have said or done would have made me feel any better. To make matters worse breakfast was moved upstairs to accommodate a conference - to say it was an inconvenience would be an understatement. Would definitely not recommend staying here there are a few significantly better and marginally cheaper offerings in the area.
