"Solid hotel near historical city center"
We stayed here without doing much research and were very happy. The hotel is modern and within a few minutes walk of the historical city center. We also had many uber options available to take us to the pyramids. The beds were very comfortable and there were a few dining options in the hotel and a number in the immediate area. There was an indoor pool and the executive lounge had a decent selection of breakfast items (eggs, toast, bacon, fruits...) as well as soft drinks and water all day long.
"Just the best"
There are many, many hotels to choose from in Mexico City, but if you want location, amenities, superb service with the wow factor, this is it! Close to the Historic district, close to great shopping, restaurants galore, easy transportation, it is all here. Thank you to the staff for making our vacation extraordinary. We have stayed with the Hilton company in several cities on different continents over the years and have never been disappointed. Thank you. Tip: Upgrade to the executive level, it is worth every cent.
"Solid Hotel in the Centro Historico"
This is a solid Hilton hotel. The prices were great, as they were all over Mexico City, and there is a a great restaurant (El Cardenal) in the hotel. Note, it's only open for breakfast and lunch. We had a fabulous view of Alameda Park and the Palacio de Bellas Artes from our room on the 21st floor. Anything on an upper floor probably has a nice view. The rooms were updated and comfortable. We could walk to many sites in the historical center and there was a cool night market in the park across the street.
"Lovely property, outstanding staff"
We spent a full week here for New Year's 2017, and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly situated across from a pleasant park, and easy walking distance to anything in the Centro Historico. The pool is great -- inside is warm like a bathtub, and outside was pleasant for night swimming in January. We stayed with points, and they treat Hilton Diamond members well - we were given a nice suite with a beautiful view, and access to the executive lounge, which had great food in the morning and evening. What really sets this place apart, though, are the people. Marielle and Isla in the executive lounge could not have been more lovely. They brought giant binoculars so our kids could enjoy the view, sent me back to my room with extra Diet Coke and bottled water, and were genuinely warm, while also being totally professional. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay special. David was also excellent, and so kind to our three young kids. Also, Jaime and Manuel at the concierge desk were endlessly patient with my many questions, and helped us arrange excursions to see the Monarch Butterflies, and to Teotihuacan, which we will remember for the rest of our lives. I bothered them every day, and they always seemed genuinely happy to help -- so refreshing! We stay at Hiltons all over the world, and this one gets two big thumbs up. A lovely place full of lovely people. Thank you!!
"Excellent hotel, location and service."
I recommend this hotel without any doubt. Big rooms and very clean. Great Restaurant&Bar with excellent food and good service. Close to everything. Secure and safe taxi drivers at hotel. Hopefully we will back soon to Mexico and stay again here.
