"A good stay if you're in the city for business"
Even with heavy traffic, which is always, it's not a bad ride from the airport. Centrally located to government buildings as well as downtown parks, shopping and Street life. The rooms are very nice as is the view. This is a full service hotel including executive floors
"Hilton will make your Business Trip a success!"
Great location, safe surroundings, close to the city main attractions. A very profesional and friendly staff, always ready to serve you. A very good hi-speed internet connection. The best hotel in Mexico City for Business travelers. I recommend it!
"Try the text service support!"
Try the text service support! When I first arrived I was offered the option to text if I needed anything, anytime. I wondered how effective that would be, and found out that the team replied promptly, and provided superior support. :) Allowing me to stay connected in person and text is a valuable upgraded experience that everyone needs to take advantage of today.
"will go again"
The hotel staff are some of the best I have dealt with in the world. The hotel is clean and the food is of the higher end quality. I travel to Mexico City every week and I have stayed in many other hotels in Mexico City and find this one the most centrally located and will visit it again.
"Passable; expected better."
The stay was fine, but it didn't quite meet the price tag or what you'd expect from the Hilton. For a start we were allocated a room with two single beds, despite having booked several months in advance as a married couple. We called reception several times with pretty lackluster responses. First they promised to call back which didn't happen. Then they said something vague about maybe someone would check out and they could switch us (you'd think this sort of thing could be easily checked on a computer). In the end we gave up, and noted we never received any kind of apology. The room wasn't quite up to scratch, the cabinet with the TV in it had a broken drawer that looked quite shabby. The restaurants were also a disappointment. The one that was open had no ambience (you'd think they'd take advantage of the lovely view from the higher floors, but the restaurant looked out at a wall). The one by the pool looked nicer - but oddly not open for dinner. So we got room service, which was fine but they only accepted cash payments - which was not noted on the menu anywhere. They were able to sort it out eventually but again it didn't come across as professional. It's a great location at least.
