"Go else where"
Though it's handy for the airport, I would suggest you use another Hilton hotel, this one is old and it shows. The style is the 60's and I am not sure it's had a refit since. Bathroom have black mould around the bath and shower, the soap racks have been stuck on with no nails and the access hasn't been wiped off. Colour decor is boringly cream and mustard that looks as though it needs redoing. Bar area and menu is disgraceful you have little choice and when the food arrives it looks as though the chips & salad accessory are days old. Staff are miserable and dour, and if your not known you wait behind those that are known even when they arrive after you. Rooms are large and beds comfortable, but the mustard decor is years out of date, not your best advert Hilton.
"Horrible. Food for breakfast and dinner was terrible...and cold. My room was noisy and loud all night."
I'm done typing. Just know this place is not good. Food was cold at dinner and breakfast. Service was non existent. Incompetent and unfriendly staff at check in and at the bar/restaurant. Hotel tried to scam me by bit giving breakfast voucher. Really upset I stayed here and wasted my money getting charged for parking as well.
"Very good for a one night stay"
We stayed at Hilton Miami Airport for one night between our flights in the beginning of January. The shuttle bus service from the airport worked ok. The hotel room was spacious and clean and perfectly suitable for a one-night stay. The big window was a plus and it was nice to watch the planes landing in the evening. The breakfast was good with lots to choose from and the service at the breakfast room was very good. The shuttle bus chauffeur from the hotel to the airport was impolite and clearly on a bad mood. That was the only negative thing on our visit to this hotel.
"Ok for a one night stay"
We spent one night at this hotel as we were leaving to the Bahamas the following day with an early morning flight. Other than its proximity to Miami Airport, there's no point in choosing it. It is a very cold, unpersonal hotel, filled with the "in transit" kind of people. If you are not leaving on an early morning flight, you'd better pick another better located hotel.
"Nice hotel but don't order room service"
Took forever to check in, even though I was in the Hhonors line. Also had a question on check-out day, line was long again, why only have 2 people working behind the check in desk'' Ridiculous. Ordered room service, took extremely long, was not accurate and there was a hair in my sandwich.
