Excellent hotel and great staff. Loved our stay here and God willing we will be back Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. Our room had a great view and my wife and I were over the moon with our stay.
"Great all round hotel"
Seriously impressed with the hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle boat with plenty of options for time to reach the centre of Venice, which drops you just outside St Marks Square. The shuttles run from early morning (8ish) to late evening (11ish), with at least 2 boats within each hour. You do not have to pay for the shuttle from the hotel or going back to it, and it is a great start to the day. The room was perfect and cosy. Spacious bathroom with excellent lighting to do make up, loved the touch of the pull out enlarged mirror for close ups coming off the wall. Mini fridge with alcoholic and non alcoholic options, and room at the top for anything the guest wishes to store there. Bed was huge, and pillows were plump and perfect. Usually i bring and use my own because I'm always disappointed not this time. Lighting and sockets close to the bed were very convenient. Skyline bar is a must even if you just go up to sit for a while and take in the views. Extensive range on the cocktail list served with some tasty nibbles. Breakfast is SUPERB. The choice on offer is something the hotel should really commend themselves on. You also have the option to order away from the main buffet (example i overheard a little girl order egg and soldiers). There is a cereal section, hot section, fruit section, poultry and cheese section, yoghurts section, salmon and salad section, and the most impressive of all the bread section with the honeycomb slab which is super tasty and very visually appealing. Cold drinks are on offer, and you just order hot drinks from the server. Credit to the hotel, every staff member was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. In particularly the waitress for breakfast i wish i got her name. I think she might be the head waitress or have a bit of experience. She had a great sense of humour and was so efficient and fast with every request made. There are two personal problems i encountered: 1. The mattress is a bit to firm for my liking so didn't sleep as well as i have done in other hotels. 2. It's such a shame the pool is closed in good weather even if it is February. More importantly i was really disappointed that the door was locked and you couldn't even go out to have a look, look at the views, and get some pictures. However, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would recommend anyone staying here when travelling to Venice.
"Best hotel in venice"
This is by far the most grandest and beautiful hotel in Venice... The building itself is just stunning the staff are very friendly and helpful with the boat taxi timetable easy to follow. I was worried about getting around with the boat taxis but found it very easy once you get used to it. The rooms are clean and spacious couldn't fault it. The little gem of this hotel is the roof top bar which had the most amazing views and staff was so helpful in choosing from the wide range of cocktails.... Spot on after a busy day sight seeing.
"Hilton in Venice ❤️"
I had been in Venice years ago and I dint liked it but this trip to Hilton Venice was magnificent the rooms are amazing beautiful view great breakfast the boat to San Marco island works all they long is a great place to stay in Venice
The hotel is excellent, the services good & location quiet away from the noise & clamour of central Venice but its the staff that I can't commend highly enough. I had contacted the hotel prior to our visit & Nicole ensured that our stay was enjoyable as it possibly could have been, I can't thank her enough.
