"Best Hotel Ive stayed in Venice"
amazing view to the canal, staff efficient, rooms perfect, breakfast 5 stars, just stay here.... went with my two children 5 and 6, we had so much fun going on and off the boat to san marcos, food incredible, room was perfect, comfortable bed, CLEAN
"Wish I Could Have Stayed for a Longer Time"
My only regret about staying here was that it was only one night! Stayed here after a Med cruise and absolutely loved this hotel. The "free" shuttle (there's a one-time small fee per room to use it) to Piazza San Marco is convenient and frequent, only a short ride away. The hotel is definitely luxurious. I need to read up on its history, to see what this building was in the past. Large wooden beams across the ceiling of our room. Had a lovely view of the canal right outside our window, which was a French-balcony style. I definitely intend to stay here again!
"Amazing hotel in an amazing city"
Spent two nights before cruising at this hotel. Amazing hotel with shuttle service to St Mark's square that runs day and night. Water taxi from the airport stops at their pier. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner one evening. Staff was very courteous and made our stay wonderful. Concierge made dinner reservations at a local restaurant that was outstanding. Room faced the Canal Grande. Had cocktails at sunset at the rooftop bar. Amazing place to stay in Venice.
"Great hotel and great sky bar"
Stayed here for a work event, staff are great, rooms good though you can get one without a good view. Luckily I had a lovely room. Food was great, staff are attentive and this hotel has a rooftop pool, perfect for summer! 🇮🇹🏊🏻☀️
Excellent hotel with superb services and staff. Great point is the swimming pool on the top of the hotel which provides excellent views over the city. It was an old factory now converted so is massive and probably the biggest hotel in Venice. There is wide selection of food for morning breakfast which suits most people. Room was clean and best in class for in room items, my wife was over the moon with the hairdryer as it was GHD I think. It's a bit far out from the city and main tourist destinations and is one of the last drop off points on the aquabuses from the airport, however Hilton have their own premium service and once you are in the city, the aquabuses are around every 20 minutes. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I recommend.
