"Great room and convenient"
Renovated room and clean. Located at a very convenient location and easy access to subway. Been upgraded to Premium executive room and unfortunately the executive lounge was too busy and crowded that day.
"Super helpful staff in a super crowded hotel"
The hotel is a fine place to stay in Nagoya. I hear it's one of the nicest hotels. I liked the lobby with all those comfortable chairs. The breakfast was absolutely packed and difficult to navigate, but I blame this on the fact I was there on the weekend, and I got up kind of late. The pool, happily, was not crowded, and I was able to swim lengths in peace. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the front desk for explaining how to get to the airport by train rather than paying the $150 taxi ride. Hint: bring cash.
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Very modern, clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities to make you feel pampered. This is among my favorite places to stay when I'm on the road. Plenty of food and drink options a short walk away.
Extremely helpful staff - nothing too difficult. Had difficulty finding shuttle bus to the hotel from Nagoya Station - suggest better signage (understand might not be possible. Room was clean and quiet.
