"Best Location for Disney Springs"
Great location and beautiful hotel. We arrived early; but staff couldn't have been nicer. We were checked in within twenty minutes. Room was clean and spacious and within ten minutes staff arrived with extra pillows which my husband had requested when making the reservation. Breakfast (included with Diamond status) was tasty and wait staff was outstanding. As it was a short visit, I can't comment on other amenities. We would definitely book this hotel again.
The hotel staff politely said they would fix the problem but never did. I would expect better service from a Hilton hotel . Especially since they charged a lot of money and resort fee etc, I've stayed in other Hilton hotels but this was bad
Great customer service....The taxis service dropped me at the wrong hotel and the clerk at that hotel figured out what had happened they provided me with a comp taxi ride to the correct hotel. The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and the grounds were very well taken care of. Cant wait to visit the Orlando Hilton again.
"Great Hotel, Great Location!"
My husband and I needed a weekend away to relax and reconnect and this was what we got! The pool area was relaxing and not crowded, so we were able to soak up some rays, read and relax. We loved that Disney Springs was within walking distance! We felt like we were staying at a resort because everything was so close by. In the evenings we walked over to Disney Springs, had dinner, shopped and even went to a concert at the House of Blues! This was the vacation we needed!
"Good location - Old Hotel"
The hotel room was small and the decor, paint and fixtures were outdated, the bathroom tiles were old, the carpet was worn down and the paint was chipping from the doors and walls. The air conditioning worked if you did not change the fan settings but the AC blew outside air only if you did change the fan settings. I hold a Hilton named hotel at a higher standard, and I have stayed in nicer Hilton Garden Inn. The breakfast for Hilton Honors was available on the weekend, with almost inedible scrambled eggs, but on Monday and Tuesday, the Honors breakfast was closed. We ate in another breakfast area of the hotel which charged regular guests $15 for a continental breakfast and $5 more for a full breakfast. Hilton Honors members received free continental breakfast but were charged $7 more for the full breakfast. The location was close to Disney Springs, but we were charged $20 per night and parking at Disney Springs is free. We will not stay in this property again.
