The breakfast staff bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and cook specialities from South India, China and Malaysia. You have four food cultures in one kitchen. Special thanks to Ridzuan, Vengkat and Evelyn, but all the staff made an effort to make my stay as easy as possible. An excellent hotel. Thank-you
"Great attentive service"
Even with two rugby teams present the hotel and staff stood up to the challenge and maintained great levels of service. The online checkin as hhonours with floor plans so as to select the room you want is a great feature. Would stay here again if visiting the same part of KL. Location good for me for this trip hence given 3. Some shops around however at the moment also a big building site. Don't know what connectivity for public transport but good if driving.
"Great value for money"
Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Rooms are nice and big, very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and food quality very good. Will definetely stay here again. Family of 4.
"Didn't Live Up To It's Hilton Name."
Rooms are alright. Well maintained, but dated. Not complaining about that. But what irks me the most is what the hotel fair in service. Our stay was far from perfect. I've actually written to the management after our stay. Putting down the pros and cons. And the assistant front office manager Mr. Gerald Kanniah has replied. To put everything behind us, we got compensated in terms of points. He states that the points would be credited to our hilton honors account within the next 30 days but till this very day, we have not receive anything at all. And our stay was in November 2016. We did write back to him but no reply ever since. It really gives a very bad sign to travelers and hilton elite members. What is the point of having your elite program and have us travelers to expect nothing but the best. We heard so much good things before our stay, but after all that we have experience, it is all just a facade. There is really nothing to shout out about Hilton PJ. If the management can't even provide good service themselves, how would the lower department staff do the same. Just a simple logic I see. Really really disappointed.
"Excellent hotel - close to amenities but sheltered from the hustle and bustle of KL"
Over the past 9 years we have always stayed at the PJ Hilton, on average, for about 3 to 4 weeks, annually, and we are astounded with the continuing high standard of service. On arrival, you immediately feel the warmth - the staff are excellent. They are attentive, very efficient and always deliver regardless of work pressure or the enormity of our request - this invariably makes us want to return year after year!!! The rooms are all well-equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. We always have breakfast included in our package which is outstanding, particularly some of the ‘freshly’ cooked Indian dishes, ‘stalls’ serving Chinese noodle soup and pre-packed nasi lemak - I feel, this is definitely the way to go.
