"One of the Best"
I stayed at the Hilton Sa Torre for a business event & it is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Situated about a 20 minute drive outside of Palma in the countryside, the hotel is a restored 14th century manor set in beautiful gardens with indoor & outdoor pools on the grounds, a stone courtyard & a traditional ornate chapel. My suite was in the old building with incredible high ceilings, deep large balcony window doors & an elegant bathroom with large walk-in shower room & bath. There was a large office workstation & lounge area. Staff were incredibly friendly, polite & helpful at all times. Breakfast was wonderful, definitely the best meal of the day. There are beautiful beaches a short 10 to 15 minute drive away with places to have lunch & admire the views. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.
"Excellent place to stay."
Inland away from the package groups in a peaceful , refined but not stuffy, situation. Modern rooms in this ancient building. Excellent welcome and service throughout our stay. My only gripe would be the over-expensive food at dinner in the restaurant. Small portions and hefty prices for food and wine. By contrast, breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed lunch from the pool bar. Would certainly stay again.
"Wonderful setting and quiet location"
Just 20 minutes from Palma this resort is set in a 14th century traditional manor house. We had a junior suite with high ceilings and facing in to the picturesque court yard. We stayed for just one night at the end of October and check-in was easy and very attentive and our bags were taken to our room by Sebastian. This hotel is set in lovely surroundings and is sympathetic to the traditional setting. It was very quiet but we did arrive a few days before the end of the season. A great experience and a shame we didn't have the opportunity to spend more time at the hotel. Would definitely go back again.
"What a magical place"
Hilton Sa Tore is one of these places that you really don’t want to leave. The hotel is located in an old beautifully restored Finca. Driving up to the hotel you will see the gorgeous 18th century chapel from afar. All in all stunning! The rooms are beautiful and the food is of high quality. We stayed in room 1204 in the old part of the main building. The room had stunning views over the countryside and the chapel. The hotel has two great pools. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel sure is one of the nicest I have stayed in. Some of the features in the Spa were out of order which was the only drawback we could find.
"Great Resort, great staff"
Stayed for 5 nights with our two little ones (7&4) and the hotel turned out to be perfect. We had a garden suite - plenty of room for us and ended up eating in the hotel each night. Daily specials (although no rib of beef any night despite it persisting to be on the menu). Ideally you need a car as it's stuck out on its own, but you should explore the island anyway. Very peaceful hotel. Good value food and wine - although €9 for water I thought was outrageous. Nice facilities (gym could have a bit of a new machine fit) and huge sense of space and peace. Lovely helpful staff throughout the stay and we will be booking for next year (but taking water with us!)
