We really enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel/view was absolutely beautiful. Randy was VERY helpful. My mom and I went on a mother daughter trip and he was very easy to talk to and gave us very good information. I really recommend this hotel. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff is fantastic!
"Busy Times Square hotel"
I booked this hotel super last minute, the hotel I was originally booked at was horrible so I left there and was able to get a room at the Times Square Hilton. Though Times Square is insanely busy, this hotel was very nice. Staff are excellent and super polite, especially the bellman. Breakfast was good as well as the service. Room was very large and clean and not noisy at all. Had a great view of the city. Though I don't think I want to stay in Times Square again, I would stay in this hotel again.
"Great location and quiet hotel!"
We stayed on the 35th floor as an upgrade. I never heard anyone next store or anything from the streets below (except occasionally an emergency vehicle, but didn't while sleeping). This hotel is clean and is at a great location to the plays and felt safe. Upon leaving for the airport the doorman can "whistle" a luxury vehicle for you for $5 more than a taxi ride. Do it! Much nicer and clean. I would stay here again. Times Square is busy and beyond crazy on the weekends, but the convenience to the plays and walking to the hotel after is very nice. The hotel is relaxed and nothing like outside.
"A busy machine"
I stayed here for business for 2 nights - arriving late and leaving very early. As expected, center of NYC is busy and loud. As a Diamond HHonors member, I do hope that they look at my room preferences as I stay in their chain of hotels very often. My preference is a high floor, away from the elevator (so it's quieter). I'm less interested in the upgrades, etc as I don't spend much time in the room. So, wasn't impressed when I saw my room was next to the elevator bank - closest room possible to it. I went back down and asked to be moved to a quieter room, this was refused. But he gave me a drinks voucher, which I told him I wouldn't have time to use. Room was large, clean and modern though. Breakfast was also busy, impersonal and was ignored most of the time. Wouldn't go back here just because there are better with nicer staff.
"Great hotel in Times Square"
We moved here by accident as the first hotel we booked was a total dump. We checked out immediately and found this hotel. What a big difference! The hotel is very clean and well-staffed. We have a great view of 42nd st from our room. The Sky Lobby has a bar and restaurant with good food. It is on the 22nd floor so the view is great, too! We would stay here again.
