Das Hotel hat uns für diesen Preis sehr beeindruckt, man schläft super, die Räulichkeiten geräumig, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich.Comment of K. Jürgen , Germany the 2014-11-22

Classic Euro Hilton that seems to cater, mostly, to Middle Eastern guests (at least when we're there). Rooms specious and we had a nice view of the Stephansdom. Breakfast buffet very good. Staff a bit uptight - they don't seem naturally relaxed. We had an issue with loud/annoying neighbor that was resolved.
Just checked in to the Hilton hotel. Reserved an excutive room but was dissapionnted to see the small sized room that has a connective door to another room which makes you fee someone might invade your privecy. Also the room is hot, stuffy and not at the level you might expect from a 5*hotel. The service at the reception was not welcoming and not informative. Just wanted to share my general feeling.
"Great location and service"
Large busy city hotel. Very easy to get to from the train station as there was a transit station right across the street from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops in the complex which made it very convenient. I was able to use the hilton app to choose a room and I chose one on the 9th floor looking south. This might have been a mistake because it was a warm sunny weekend and the room got very warm. I don't understand why there were room climate controls on the wall as they did absolutely nothing. I get that maybe the AC was turned off because it was October, but even turning the fan switch did nothing. There was a window, but it wouldn't open but a crack. So, while the room was nice, it found it uncomfortable to sleep. I should have said something to the staff as they probably would have brought me a fan. The bathroom was small, which was fine, but it had a bathtub only. The bathtub had high walls and was raised up. I had trouble getting in and out of it, so if you are older keep that in mind. Breakfast was provided as part of the room. While the restaurant was busy, the breakfast was very nice and the staff was very attentive. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was spotless. I would have enjoyed it better if I could have cooled off the room.
"I highly recommend this hotel"
My wife and I were in Vienna for our 25th anniversary in May of last year. It was our first stay here but our 3rd stay in Vienna. We were so impressed with the hotel that we just booked it foe another trip in the near future. The hotel is very clean throughout. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff is excellent, fast, friendly and efficient. The breakfast is a delightful feast. The hotel has an excellent location for the U-Bahn. St. Stephen's Church (in the center of the old city) is a short walk away. And the hotel is on one end of a beautiful and large city park. The hotel is a great base from which to start your day. One more thing about the staff. When we visited last Ma, we gathered in the lobby before our walk across town to see the Lipizzaner stallions. When we arrived there, my wife realized she left her wallet and passport in the lobby on a table. We immediately scurried back across town and arrived in the lobby to find her wallet and passport missing. Hardly a surprise. We went to the desk and were referred to a gentleman staff member that I had noticed "walking" the lobby before we left. Indeed, he had found my wife's items and kept them safe until we returned. If he thought we were idiot tourists (we felt like it), he gave no indication. This little episode perfectly represents this place. They know the details and cover them with style. You'll be happy you stayed here.
Stayed for 3 days. Staff helpful, beds comfy, good shower, half decent view from room. Big conference on whilst there and wouldnt have even known - great organisation. Super happy with location, walking to decent resturants not hard at all. Would suggest and would stay again.
